'''What kind of job would... Require one to work no more than 30 hours a week. Make over $100, 000 a year. Can be attained by those with above MA, but not quite Ph.D level of college education?'''
I wouldn't be surprised if that's possible in the Tech industry, though I don't know anyone who actually works only 30 hours a week. There are plenty of people who make more than 133k/year working 40 hours a week though.
I think there's also issues with legal classification of full time vs part time employees. I imagine a 30 hour work week is more common in places like France (Full time is officially 35 hours/week there, but they also get more public holidays and vacation).

Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's Play@ Night
It's a traditional college in a lot of ways. Four-year school, ultraheavy course-load, high academic demands, some obviously unique classes but some that would seem pretty normal.
For example, it had the first accredited civil engineering school in the US, and the incorporation of a public health school around 1900 set the stage for World War II being the first war where more soldiers would die of enemy action than disease. The emphasis on public health issues for the previous forty years is probably one of the reasons the US won the South Pacific campaign considering the raw hostility of the theater to large groups of humans.
So it's true you spend four years as a second lieutenant there until you're promoted to first lieutenant upon graduation or is it the inverse?
A cadet has no rank in the Army, and may not actually go to the US Army; West Point has traditionally had foreign exchange students and by reciprocal agreement between a cadet and a midshipman or cadets at the other service academies may trade to a different service one for one with someone from their academy.
If they graduate to the Army, then they would become a second lieutenant. West Point graduates are traditionally promoted quickly, but they would probably still spend a couple of years as a butterbar before becoming a first lieutenant.

Nous restons ici.I'm sorry for asking this again, but I kinda need something more specific, since last time I got a kinda vague answer.
So, how long can a person wear night vision goggles? My character is trapped in a suit that has the vision always on, and can't take the helmet off.
What would be the effects of something like that? Would he end up blind?
I'm asking just to avoid some unfortunate Fridge Horror.

To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back. Thanks, and one last question: Are you allowed to go off-campus, provided you make it back before your provided time limit ends?

Random thought.
I got an idea for an YA novel. Would a really loud and strong (both physically and mentally) 16 year old girl would be a good love-interest for a 13 year old boy?
I mean, a couple like that in real life I wouldn't really mind (provided that they don't do anything inappropriate together, that is), but would that kind of coupling appeal to the target audience?
Also, why a 16 year old who sounds like she's got everything together would date a kid who just hit his teens?

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Having only one of them be the average age of consent in the US (varies from 15-17 by state) just feels... weird to me, even if they aren't doing anything sexual. Like... that's a middleschooler with a highschooler. Though it's not illegal, it's not socially acceptable. This is by no means meant to be an absolute statement, but middle school boys are not generally considered to be common dating material by high school girls, mostly because of maturity, both physical and mental/emotional.
While the situation on its own isn't implausible, I can only speak about my reaction to this, and my reaction would be 'wut'. I'd be wondering if either the girl or boy has something wrong with them (like some kind of psychological issue or less-than-stellar motives) or their family situations that's making them want to try stuff like this. I'm not sure how, or even if you could convince me that a romantic relationship between these two would be healthy.
A healthy friendship on the other hand, even if the boy had a crush on her, wouldn't be strange to me at all.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."You are right in every regards, friendship sounds more natural.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Aside from Alcatraz, what was the most secure prison in America in the 1930s? Would Rikers Island have been comparable to the level of security at Alcatraz at the time?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialIs it fairly normal for a high school girl to play catch-ball (as in, with football) with a younger friend (who is a boy)?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Depends on the chick but yeah why not.
Oh really when? She's a someone who lives on by a philosophy that basically boils down to "Why the fuck not."
It's just that I never saw any girl playing a catch-ball. Why do I need to have a girl playing that with a boy...that I don't really know.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I've seen plenty and have been bruised by many in said games of football. You're in the clear for believability, no worries.
Oh really when?I only found out that female high school football players were a thing when I was in high school marching band and found out that the other team's quarterback was a girl.
They kicked our ass, by the way. Then again, we really sucked that year, too.
"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Girls playing American football. Damn, I still have hard time wrapping myself around that.
That reminds me:
So let's say a high school girl is (more or less) forced into joining a school-club. She's athletic, smart, organized, responsible, and even considerate at times, but doesn't really like getting involved with others - she prefers peace and quiet more than anything. On the other hand, she absolutely hates losing and whenever she gets into a fight, physical or not, she makes it her principle to utterly crush her opponent.
What kind of school club will suit this kind of person?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I would think any sort of competitive activity requiring active, real-time action, such as Model UN, the debate team, academic challenge (which in my experience was like this, but on the school-to-school level), chess team, the list goes on.

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. If you were trying to introduce a drug into someone's body from a distance and didn't have the benefit of a dart gun or aerosol, could a regular gun with special bullets similar to wax paint bullets or powder bullets be used to the same effect?
EDIT: Also, could etorphine be synthesized from plants or is it a purely synthetic drug?

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialNo, those wax bullets just sorta splat when you hit people.
Powder is just ridiculous because bullets and explosions.
Oh really when?So you can't deliver drugs with bullets?
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialNot without killing the dude.
The whole getting shot nonlethally isn't a real thing, you're gonna get fucked up bad no matter where or what you get hit with.
Oh really when?Which should go doubly so in 1930s, compared to current days.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Uhhhhhh... no? Yes? Kind of? Maybe?
This is true, although in this case these bullets are being used to put down people who have a reputation for being impossible to kill with regular bullets (either because of a Healing Factor or just plain being Made of Iron). So a "killshot" is irrelevant when the entire purpose of using these things is to work around being Immune to Bullets by using them as a delivery system.
I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialCan't they just shoot more with bigger rounds?
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.
I'm guessing doing both of them would be implausible.
.....Or is it?
