Adler did almost all the voices on Cow and Chicken. THAT is range.
For Cow he managed to sound like a female. THAT is range.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."I thought he was supposed to sound more like a campy weirdo, but that describes most of the cast of Cow & Chicken anyway
He also managed to pull off a convincing female with Mrs. Bighead.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Among South Park fans, Mary Kay Bergman is hugely underrated. A lot of fans didn't get into the show until after she passed away and weren't exposed to her work right off the bat. She had amazing range. It was really hard to believe that every single female character (save Bebe) was voiced by her and her alone. The replacements just aren't the same. The only characters who haven't suffered are Sheila and Shelley. I actually think that's part of the reason that certain female characters don't appear as much (I'm the one who added that WMG about Ms. Crabtree's death being related to less skilled voice actresses who just couldn't get the voice down, by the way).
EDIT: After reading her page, it seems that she was underrated across the board, not just by Johnny Come Lately South Park fans.

I admit out of the other voice actors, she was the most enthusiastic during the early era. Matt and Trey sounded rather forced at the time, like they hadn't got it down pat. As such Bergman provided most of the big laughs in terms of character acting.
I nominate Lawrence Bayne. He's an actor who works out of the Toronto scene, and his range is amazing. You might know him best for being the voice of Gill in Street Fighter 3: Third Strike, but he also did the voices for Urien, Necro, and Twelve. 4 people who sound nothing like each other.
He was also in X-Men, where he was the first ever voice of Cable, and also did the voice of Captain America and Erik the Redd.
I hate coming up with signature lines.I love voice acting with passion and the more I check out animated shows and listen to the MANY fantastic voices heard, I always wonder who they are and with every little search.
BUT if it I had to choose the most overlooked, then I'd go for Cathy Cavadini. Beautiful singing voice, terrific voice artist and so underrated.
Well known for playing Blossom in the original Powerpuff Girls.
Sigh, we've only gone 12 days without threat locking...
I mean, this is getting locked, right? We're not supposed to be necroing threads without a good reason if I recall.Especially topics about no specific cartoon.
I'd like to see opera singer Samuel Ramey do more voice acting stuff after "Over the Garden Wall."
Fanfiction I hate.Debi Derryberry may count. She voiced Jimmy Neutron, Nergal from Billy and Mandy and some of the Little Green Men from the first Toy Story. My favourite role of her's is Coco Bandicoot, even if that's technically not a cartoon role (it's one she seems pretty loyal to though, she's the only VA to have came and stuck since the fourth game).

She also had a historic role as Feena in Ys Books I II, one of the very first CD-based roll playing games to hit North America. The game only has about 60 lines of dialogue, but it was groundbreaking for the time.
All the voice actors of Ed, Edd n Eddy can count.
For this particular clip, the actors did a good job. Eddy's scream at the end got me dying .
I can easily say just about anyone who worked on Penn Zero Part Time Hero needs more work, sooner or later. I'll be quite sad if they don't, too - those fuckers were quite amazing, especially for such a criminally underrated show, IMHO.
I can think of more, but that's what I have for now.
