Actually, this title seems utterly appropriate, since its about character tests. Your crowner seems a little presumptuous since there isn't even a consensus that the title needs to be changed...
What was the problem with the title again?

Being in a Japanese-produced work is not enough of a difference to warrant its own trope. The name isn't bad in and of itself, but if it's being confused for Secret Test of Character a rename seems appropriate.
The current name is amusing, but I'd support a rename since it looks like it's causing confusion. If people want to keep the pun, just changing it to Personality Test Of Character would probably make it a lot clearer. Other options would be something like Personality Test Of Destiny or Questionnaire Of Character.
I dunno... I don't see three mislinked wicks as an overwhelming problem. Sure, its annoying for whomever has to correct them, but I've seen tropes that didn't get renamed have more bad links than that and no one ever suggested a Crowner.
As for the "can't put my finger on" problems... is "it just feels wrong to me somehow" a cause to rename a page?
Being in a Japanese-produced work is not enough of a difference to warrant its own trope. If there's significant misuse, plus a name that seems like it would point to something else, I'd support a rename. Personality Character Test is fast and dirty.
Fight smart, not fair. Why not simply be direct: Character Personality Exam?
What constitutes "significant misuse"?

Being in a Japanese-produced work is not enough of a difference to warrant its own trope. In that case, let me drop my support behind Character Personality Exam.
Being in a Japanese-produced work is not enough of a difference to warrant its own trope.I rather like Personality Test Of Character.
How about Personality Prepation ?
New theme music also a box@Worldmaker: The reason I didn't offer a SP crowner is simple: An analysis of wicks has already confirmed it fails just about every official metric used to judge trope usage.
- The trope isn't attracting widespread use; it's been around at least six months, yet has only a very low number of wicks as compared to its list of in-page examples.
- The trope is getting misused. Sure, it's a small number of wicks, but fifty percent is still fifty percent (and this isn't a sample but a full analysis; there's no margin for error!). Can we prove that it will not continue to attract this level of misuse in the future as it gets linked?
- Likewise, the trope is specifically getting mistaken for another trope whose similarity is In Name Only. Everythings Worse With Snowclones, you know, so having two seemingly similar trope titles may result in people assuming the underlying tropes are similar themselves (which may or may not actually be the case).
I'll also defend that, while the trope may be presented to the player's in-universe character, the questions/answers are really directed at the player themselves. It's not an in-universe trope. The article specifically says that some cases actually use it during the character creation process itself, where your in-universe character doesn't even exist yet; the questions are directed at you, not your character.
Also, added the alternative titles that I've been thinking of to the crowner. I personally prefer titles that place emphasis on the player aspect of the trope... even Test Of Player Character, a minor modification, is leagues better.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Fifty percent bad wicks is bad, no matter how few wicks there are. Player Character Personality Test or Test Of Player Character both would work.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Test Of Player Character is pretty good.
Oh, it's definitely an in-universe trope. It's part of the game mechanics. That's in-universe.
Rhymes with "Protracted."See, the problem with the word "test" that it implies that it's some sort of "action" or "quest" (e.g. Secret Test of Character) that may or may not be written. Exam has that "written exam" feel to it like those personality exams in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games or those friendship scrapbooks.
Yes, yes, I know the two are synonymous - but using Test makes it somehow sound like Secret Test of Character even though they are quite unrelated.
@Troacctid: The results of the test are certainly in-universe, yes, but that's aside the point: The test addresses the player, not their character.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Yes, well, addressing the player just means it's Leaning on the Fourth Wall. Still In-Universe.
Rhymes with "Protracted."RPG blur that line take things like Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne (or other SMT games with Law/Chaos) the player gets questions in the game that have a Law or Chaos choice that adds points to the meter but the player and the character in it are suppose to be the same person.
Then there is Kingdom Hearts 1 which I am not sure who they are talking to in those opening questions.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Two months later ... only 15 wikilinks. Pretty clear that this is not a popular trope in the minds of the Troper collective, but just for snark let me cite the usage:
Correct usage (pre-existing wikilinks unless noted otherwise)
- Atonement RPI
- Ogre Battle 64
- Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
- Ultima IV
- Ultima VII (arguably Subverted Trope)
Mistaken for Secret Test of Character
- Gold Fever (fixed)
- Laser-Guided Karma (fixed)
- Characters.Babylon 5 (fixed)
Arguably mistaken for Hidden Purpose Test
- AvatarTheLastAirbender.Tropes Q-Z (fixed) (see episode synopsis)
- Dream High
Misuse, if only due to non-videogame media:
Exempt
- Role-Playing Game (genre/index)
- Test Of Character (Title Drops and/or correct in context)
Now for a summary of what's changed since last time and how:
Recent wikilinks since last analysis:
- Characters.Babylon 5 (misuse as documented above)
Wikilinks removed since then:
- Hatedom (Flame Bait article, all examples cut)
Even though only one wikilink was added in two months, its being misuse implies the trope is getting actively mistaken for STOC. Bump?

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.
Anyone up for another round of Guess That Trope?
Hint: It's not related to the Secret Test of Character!
Answer: Video Game specific trope where the player is given a personality test with tangible in-game consequences.
Note that the trope is not linked very much, with only 14 wicks and inbounds I can count on one hand. Given this is a small number, I'll show my work.
The following pages use the trope correctly:
These pages should be linking to Secret Test of Character instead:
These are some other form of misuse which I can't quite place my finger on:
Conclusion: The overall ratio of misuse is just over 50%. We need to rename this, pronto.
