Agreed on Ai Nonaka, Daisuke Ono and Hiroshi Kamiya. I would say Kazuya Nakai is freaking awesome, but I've only seen him as Mugen from Samurai Champloo and Zoro from the few episodes of One Piece that I've watch, so I need to see more of his work.
I'm quite fond of Tetsuya Kakihara's work as well.

Really like how Saito Chiwa's started to branch into the Tall, Dark and Bishoujo character type. Her Senjougahara Hitagi and Akemi Homura are divine.

Wendee Lee. She has fantastic range, she can go from Faye to Haruhi without much effort, and is associated with some fantastic dubs. She's pretty much the female Steve Blum, only less pigeonholed.
