The new name has the same problem as the old one — it's not a European girls' name. And the reference to the Devil seems kind of gratuitous, even if it is Faustian.

I also think Witches shouldn't "talk" - at least not in the sense of "able to hold an actual conversation with someone."

Now, if what you meant by "talk" was "pour certain thoughts of doubt, sadness, despair, and the like into a given victim", then by all means.

Oh, and Witch kisses tend to be a small emblem, rather than, like... a bracelet.

I'll just make a new character.

I've really got nothing to add that hasn't been said - the name's still an issue, Witches don't talk, and Witchkisses are emblems somewhere on the victim's body, not a physical object.

Based on the previous thing with Makai, and my own interpretation of how the Arch Witch in episode 10 'talked' to Homura... we'll say that Witches can instill emotion in people that may lead them to understand what the Witch is thinking, but no actual words are transmitted.

You don't have to make a new character, Antonio. With a few very minor tweaks, you'll be 100% approved.
