But the notion of "King" is actually rather strange to me.
Don't get why you'd have the ambition to be in a similar place, I mean, they pretty much get a whole lot of responsibility, having to do taxes of the nation, all the economics, logistics of the army, taking care of the people...
And to top it off, you're a prime target for assassinations if another country doesn't like you.

If I may -cracks his knuckles somehow and clenches- take on what I'm supposed to Embody.
If I wanted to be Evil and proud, I wouldn't be a king, instead I would be the head of the armies, trusted by the king, that way I can conquer without reprimand, my evil acts will have the blame put upon the king. Leaving me to commit more of the same. Pillaging, mass slaughter of civilians... that sort of thing.
-relaxes- After all, why be a King, the weakest of the pieces, when you can instead be a knight? Or a Rook, Bishop even.
