Homura: (actually looks at Conscript with a hint of relief)

(Winda) N- (suddenly groans quietly and shuts her eyes tight for a moment in pain - astute observers might note the slight momentary glow coming from the ring on her left hand) ...yes. (odd mix of resignation and irritation as she gets back up and walks off towards a nondescript corner with a hand in her pocket and sudden spring in her step - whatever's up with Gila will have to wait for after Homura takes care of business.)

Well I think he'd be a little pissed if I told another Servant behind his back...

I can tell you that he's Irish though.

(Winda sighs.)

Winda: @Homura: ...Is it because I'm a Shadoll?

I can only think of a handful of Irish spearman. Cu Chulainn?

-taking out bread out of the breadbox, does notice the glow-

Basically I mentioned my family was interested in locating some Artifacts like Noble Phantasms in the present day... and- yeah he was curious about Gae Bolg.

Kind of. He then also gave me a sparring lesson. So... not something I get everyday.

(Returns promptly with a FISH SAMMICH.)

(Really nothing fancy, just some tilapia filet she found on bread with some cheese, mustard and pickles.)

(Nods at Kaneki, grunting. Still keeps an eye on Homura, but is hoping the others have her taken care of. Bystander effeeeeeeeect.)

A-actually pretty damn well...

Even thought I was pretty smart.

He told me about how he was basically immune to- ranged attack... so I spread my shards around above him gradually, and attacked with a simultaneous cone... he basically had to dodge it rather than bat the shards away like he was doing beforehand.

And my shield was able to stop his spear... though I don't think he was using it to it's full potential.

"Hm? -BITE SAMMICH-"

Downstairs Hallway

Homura: (Winda) It's not that.

(Ivan) I need to take care of something first.

(Disappears around the corner, pulling a remote out of her pocket just before she leaves their line of sight. Soon, two more voices can be heard arguing - virulently - from around the corner, one of them sounding more or less like Homura.)

Sayaka?: You are dead, Demon!

Homura?: You fir-

Homura: (angrily) KNOCK IT OFF!

(The bright glow of a sudden flash of purple light can be seen around the corner, and the arguing ceases immediately.)

... Wait, what?

-Hears shouting, is reminded of himself-

...

What?

What the heck kind of a shield do you have?

Winda: Uh...?

(After hearing the fight, Winda raises an eyebrow in confusion.)

-goes to the corner, and peeeeks round the corner-

An Obsidian one... it- kind of breaks on purpose- to stop things. Like a shock absorbing device, I guess.

-shrugs- It's- kind of something I taught myself. I didn't receive the Metalwork crest of my Family.
