I had a caustic sniper, but I found my Jakobs rifle was more effective due to firing rate concerns.

Someone earlier mentioned sniping was difficult. I have been rocking that sniper rifle with head shots left and right.

Well flying things are kinda hard to snipe readily. That and really fast moving targets. I like to find a nice distant spot and pick off enemies. Lure the rushers into a kill zone for my cqc weapons and melee their faces if they survive that.

Jaff: earlier you posted a message about pm's being turned off. I assumed that was you trying to use pms. That is usually from a mod action on a particular incident. You should be able to visit the edit banned thread to discuss the issue if you want your pm priveleges back.

And the main counter to sniping is the enemy moving around a lot.

What do you guys think, is it useful to have that skill of Zero which boost your melee against low health opponent, or is Iron hand better?

I find Iron Hand is better, but the other one is okay if you can get two levels in it.

Keep in mind, that's 500% melee damage against targets at low health. Massive overkill for most targets, but against bosses with massive health pools? Well.
Though really, You should be getting both of them.

I was never sure what it qualified as "low health".
Extensive testing* seems to indicate it's somewhere around a third to a quarter of their total health.

I could have sworn I have blown off arms and legs at least. But I haven't had any heads asplode. I sort of miss the jumble of mangled parts and bodies when I used a powerfu shot gun at close range.
