-We reach the top of the tower-

Alright, now where's the rift?

Fenrir: -Is feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of pure emotion emanating from the site- <I think I might need to sit down...There's just so much emotion here...>

Hang in there, Fenrir.

Outside Mistralton Gym

Carol: -watches as the plane lifts off and flies away- Hey, wait! What the heck, Diane?!?! -paces around angrily-

Celestial Tower

-Crow, Ghostus, and Slashkreyd have reached the top as well-

-Straw points to the Bell-

It's right there where the bell, a Xatu, and Silence are.

-A Chandelure flies out of the rift, dragging a Staraptor behind it-

Mistralton City

Jacob: -Comes across Sakura- "Well hello Sakura. How are you doing today?"

Stratus: <Wait, I don't see anything!>

Woolly: <Huh?>

Stratus: <Shouldn't there be, like...a hole in space or something that these Pokémon are coming through? Because it seems as if they're just appearing out of thin air here!>

Stratus waved a claw at the empty space in front of the bell, from which a Gastly suddenly appeared as if from nowhere before flying off past them and into the tower.

<See?>

Woolly: <Well, it might be...>

Stratus: <I'll go and have a look!>

Comet: <Wait, Stratus-!>

But it was too late to stop him, as the Dragonite had already flown over and landed in front of the place where the supposed rift in reality was.

Stratus: <Hmm...>

Curiously, the Dragonite stuck his arm out in front of him, only to be surprised as it seemingly began to disappear.

Lake: <Whoa!>

Treeo: <What-?!>

Woolly: <Wow!>

Unite: <Stratus! Be careful!>

Looking back, the Dragonite flashed an "Okay" sign with his free arm.

Stratus: <What are you talking about? It's perfectly harm->

He was interrupted, however, when he was suddenly further into the rift by an unseen force.

<EEP!>

Lake: <NOOOO!!!>

Fearing for his Dad's well-being, Lake sprung into action and darted towards the portal, managing to grab hold of Stratus' tail just before it was pulled though. But as he tried to pull the Dragonite back through, he found that he wasn't strong enough to fight the rift's pull and was slowly dragged towards it himself!

<GUYS! LITTLE HELP?!>

Stratus: <YES, PLEASE! IT'S SCARY IN HERE!>

Comet: <Hold on, we've got you!>

The rest of the Pokémon grabbed hold of Lake and formed a line - Treeo pulling Lake, Woolly pulling Treeo, Comet pulling Woolly, and Unite pulling Comet with his talons (to avoid burning himself on her tail).

Lake: <Alright, everymon! PULL!>

Grunting and groaning, everyone pulled, trying to dislodge Stratus from the rift.

Mistralton Hotel

Ares: <Ack!> -flails more-

Emperor: <Ooh, a baby! Hello, baby!> -pets Giri-

Ares: <She's a few rooms over; I can take you to her if you get Emperor to let go of me!>

Unova Skies

Skyla: Darn, he didn't fall for it. Sorry, Diane.

Diane: And yes, seeing Castelia is perfectly normal.

-Sarah watches the plane fly away-

Sarah: ...I think I know why she's doing this...

- Enters the tower -

Gothorita 1: <Well, I suppose it beats hanging out here with the graves.>

- We start running up the stairs -

-Herbert is noticeably more pale now.-

Pianis: Yeah, that would be nice.

Giri: <Let's play!> -climbs on Emperor's arm-

-Mezzo drags herself out of bed-

Slashkreyd: <Oh geez...>

-Slashkreyd tries pulling with the others as well-

Crow: "Let's help too..."

-Crow tries pulling as well-

Ghostus: <Eh, fine...>

-Ghostus joins in the pulling as well-

-SleepyHead may or may not approach Lyuri-

Diane: You won't be hitting the ground at high velocity. Don't worry.

-The plane goes beyond Mistralton-

-Emperor tosses Giri into the air and catches her, giving Ares time to flee to behind Pianis-

Ares: <Come on, let's go. Quickly, please.>

- Making my way up the stairs -

(pant, pant) Come on, Running Shoes! Don't let me down!

Ribbons: (floating up the stairs, following right behind me, carrying the Gothorita twins)

Gothorita 2: <Whee!>

Anguis: <What are we waiting for, shouldn't we help them?>

-We start pulling behind Crow, Ghostus, and Slashkreyd-

Skyla's Plane

-Herbert gulps.-

Herbert: When you say "not at a high velocity", exactly how high are we talking about? Because there are some velocities which are actually quite low when compared to terminal velocity, but still comparatively-

-He glances out of the window.-

Herbert: Wait, where are we going? We're leaving Mistralton. We shouldn't be leaving Mistralton. Carol's there, and everybody else. And you still haven't answered my question about parachutes. We do get parachutes, right?

Aww, why does he get to play with the Sneasel?

Comet: <GAH! Darn it, Stratus! Why do you have to be such a lardass?!>

Stratus: <HEY! Now is not the time to be making cracks about my weight!>

Lake: <I don't think his weight is the problem, Comet! It's- WHAAAAA!!!>

The suction of the rift was so intense that now Lake had fallen in, only his tail poking out of the rift as Treeo clung onto it for dear life.

Treeo: <LAKE, NOOOO!!!>

Unite: <KEEP! PULLING! WE CAN STILL GET THEM OUTTA' THERE!>

Motivated not to lose any more of their friends, the remaining Pokémon pulled as hard as they could. But even that was not enough, as before long, Treeo was suddenly jerked in.

Treeo: <AAAAACK!>

Woolly: <OH NO!>

Comet: <TREEO!!!>

Unite: <NO! NO! COME ON, HARDER!>

Woolly: <I'M GIVING IT EVERYTHING I'VE GOT HE- BAAAAAAAAAAH!!!>

And the Woolly was gone, Comet only managing to keep hold of her by the end of her tail..

Comet: <IT'S...TOO...STRONG!!!>
