-Vaporeon has taken off the Armband, and it has been passed on to Dragonair, who slips it onto the end of her tail, triggering a faint purple glow-
-Dragonair's human form is a rather tall girl in an indigo evening gown, matching shoes, and elbow-length white gloves. Her hair is white, and vaguely mimics the wings on the side of her head, as well as a small cowlick where her horn was. She has a necklace that matches the orb at her throat. Her age, though, is sort of ambiguous. Aside from her height, she looks like she could be anywhere between 13 and 17...why do I feel like I've used this exact description before...

Hearthome City, Sinnoh
Rex's gaze swept over the city, taking in the sights and smells of the place. There was much activity on the streets, people rushing from place to place. Several apartment building lined the town, the housing district no doubt being further into the city. A few fountains adorned the city here and there, a few Youngsters splashing around in them. The noticeable fom of the Gym sat to the east of town, Rex finding it somewhat odd that it was closed considering the Leader's specialty. There was also a strange, temple-like structure that seemed out of place in the town. He wasn't quite sure if he'd be visiting that particular building...
"Fancy place," Rex murmured, visibly impressed by the size of the city. "It's got nothing on Goldenrod, though."
"Really? You'll probably be able to find your way around easily, then." Grinning up at her friend, Mira swung her arms lazily, bouncing on the balls of her feet. "Hey, Rex? Can I see those berries that we got earlier?"
"Hmm? Oh, sure..."
Handing the sizeable basket to the girl, he sweatdropped as she almost toppled over from the weight. "Err...do you need some help with that?"
"N-no! I've got it!"
After a few more unsuccessful attempts to lift the basket, she sent out her Kadabra, having the Psychic levitate it with its mental powers. Sighing in relief now that the problem was solved, the girl turned to Rex and grinned once more, her bubbly personality returning full force. "Anyway, I'm going to go take care of something right now. When you get the chance meet me up at this address!" She stepped forward, handing Rex a small sheet of paper with some instructions on them.
"See you later!"
With that, Mira ran off with Kadabra, heading towards a cabin-like building in the center of town. Shrugging, Rex pocketed the directions and made off in a different direction. He headed off to the north, his destination being a large, dome-shaped building that seemed to be attracting a large crowd.
"I wonder if she's there..."

-After a brief goldish-red glow, Ninetales takes on her human form: a teenage girl, appearing to be roughly the same age as me. Roughly my height, as well. Her hair is the same shade of blonde as her fur, and is tied back in a slightly poofy ponytail, reminiscent of her tails. Her eyes are bright red...actually, she kind of looks a bit like Sierra. Huh. That's strange. ...Anyway, she's wearing a red tee shirt, and blue jeans, with red sneakers-
Ninetales: Being human is weird. Why you only have two legs, I have no idea. -examines her hands- These seem useful, though. -takes off the Armband- <Who's next?>
