-Ignores the girth shown on the TV as I pluck myself out of bed. I decide to head somewhere and do something-

Blue: "If I switch in Pidgeot now, that'll just bring the eel back out... My best bet is to have Machamp brace himself and slug this bird on his way back..."

Blue: "Machamp! Brace yourself and hit him with Ice Punch again when he comes down!"

<Machamp: "... A little unconventional... But alright...">

Blackberryspoiler: also, I contacted Alex of The Interference, and learned Suefish's true name, whixh we will need to execrate her when she shows up agan. Apparently, I am still on the phone with him, having learned that Suefish treid to take over the multiverse. U had just asked him if he had donbe it alone, or woth help.

Basket blushes and after staring at me for a moment, snorts and leers at Basket.

Maekrite — <"Affectionate"? What makes you think I'm more... let's see, his hair doesn't smell wet, despite the rain, yeah, need to cover it with something Pfff... I've always been caring, if that's what you mean... just... pupils look all right, let's see... yeah, looks pretty well focused on the match you know I'm kinda rough heart sounds all right? *leans ear* yeah, all right...>

Dintel — <You look like obsessed. Maybe had a very bad dream. Me? I'm having fun with the match... except the downpour> — Turns to me and pulls arm — <Trainer? Trainer? Want to go see the Tyranitar...>

Maekrite (swinging horn at Maekrite's arm) — <Don't do that!>

Dintel (rubs arm) — <Hey!>

I turn down to Maekrite and Dintel.

— Now what's with you two...? Can't just watch the match and... Maekrite, stop... stop tidying me up, I'm not your kit. wow, where did that come from...

I pick up Dintel and sit him to my side, covering him with the tissue I had handed him earlier. Maekrite looks annoyed but gets down from my lap too.

— Dintel, you know, Blue's harem doesn't let anyone go through... I don't get what do you want with that Tyranitar anyway.

Dintel — <He's kinda funny, wanna ask him about how to tidy my Pokéball...>

Maekrite shakes off the downpour water from his body, leaps up my lap again and from there talks more softly to Basket.

Maekrite — <Fine... another time... I'm not in very good condition for a battle anyway... feel kinda dizzy.>

— Look, Dintel... I have to get Maekrite to the medic after this match. What you say if as soon as we get there I let you go try and talk with Tyranitar? Surely Blue will take his team to the medic as well...

Dintel (claps) — I like that?

— Now, it depends on how is the battle going to end... — Sees Machamp going full frontal attack — This does not look any well for him, and the Arcanine will have many troubles with the rain... the better for Tagg.

-Machamp runs up and grabs Eelektross with one pair of arms, and drives one of his free fists into Eelektross' face-

-Eelektross manages to get enough of his bearings to twist around Machamp and chop him, scoring a critical hit-

-Is also pulled down with the box-

Oww... October! Why'd you do that?!

-Notices the box has broken, and stuff is leaking out-

Dr. Kaminko: AAH! My superglue shipment! I needed that to make my improved version of the power-saving refridgerator!

Uh... sorry, sir.

Dr. Kaminko: Let's see here... 7 packets fell out and broke, so that comes to 3000 Pokeyen in damages.

-He attaches a propellor like device to the crate and it floats up. He then pulls it along effortlessly-

-Machamp releases its grip on Eelektross-

<Machamp: "Urgh... You win this one...">

-Machamp collapses-

Blue: "Good work, Machamp. Return!"

-Thinking-

Blue: "Do I send out Pidgeot or Arcanine...? If I manage to finish with Arcanine, I can probably finish off that Gigalith from earlier easily... And I know that I definitely can finish it off with Pidgeot... But... If Arcanine somehow can't down this eel... I don't think that Pidgeot would make it..."

Blue: "Let's hope this is worth it, buddy..." Go, Pidgeot!"

<Pidgeot: "Oh no, not this again...">

Blue: "We're almost there! Hit it with Hurricane!"

-Pidgeot whips up a large swirl of air, which sweeps up Eelektross-

If Eelektross can last long enough to finish this Pidgeot, then I bring in Audilith to end this if Arcanine manages to best him.

-Eelektross is brought down to the high red-

Use Thunderbolt while you're up in the sky!

-Eelektross zaps Pidgeot, the move turning into a critical hit due to the weather making everything wet-

— I hope very soon... although one wonders what will they try to come up with. This battle has showcased very, very varied tactics, that's for sure.

-Pidgeot is hit-

-Pidgeot falls out of the sky-

<Pidgeot: "Ooog... I can't feel... My... My everything...">

-Pidgeot collapses-

Blue: "Pidgeot, return! You did great buddy..."

-To Tagg-

Blue: "Heh heh heh... You're unprepared for this. We'll knock you down! Go, Arcanine!"

-To Eelektross-

<Arcanine: "So, have you reconsidered my question from earlier?">

Blue: "This is OUR match, Arcanine! Strafe him with ExtremeSpeed!"

-Arcanine pulls a hit and run attack on Eelektross-
