Well, we had gone for fun, but then we found some stray Larvitar and ended up getting led to their trainer's house. The trainer, Trish, they were running a private breeding operation.

Pica: <There were a lot of us, like, there were more of us than there are humans in the Stormchaser. She tried giving us away first, but no one wanted us, so she just released my brothers and sisters she didn't want into the wild.>

Amber and Cupid turn their attention away from the Rabbids and to Rod and Laura.

She turns back to Laurod.

Sol: Yep! Former member myself! Though these days I mostly just attend to my job as a researcher for PEFE. However, everyone seems to consider my boyfriend Tagg the defacto leader of the group~ I'm guessing you're recently affiliated with them...

In fact, I remember your name on specific confidential documents. You were a part of the Neo-Flare Base raid that Officer Volpe directed, weren't you? Or at least, your name appeared on record...

Tsunami: <Mmm. They both annoy me at times...but I am glad they are happy. They deserve it. We all do. We've earned it.>

-She puts a flipper around Ace. He puts his own wing around her.-

Ace: <Quite so.>

-Tsunami and Ace just enjoy the silence and each other's embrace for a few moments.-

-Pent takes a breath before darting for the pipe. Travelling by means of a white Rabbid-shaped pipe of indeterminate material (he hoped that it was not flesh) that seemed to have no friction from air or surfaces within it was quite the unusual experience-

Somewhere, today

-Pent's around, he's slightly scattered some of his papers. Oh yeah he's got papers, he's actually devoted physical media to recording his intensive planning and theorycrafting and research findings that are devoted to whatever improvements and crafting methods he was creating for that costume plan of his. To be frank? It was so very unnecessary and a little creepy how much detail he was trying to compose in the ramblings-

-Given the scattering he's maybe a little angry. Not at Brynjolf he was just pointing out a flaw. It was anger at himself, mostly for getting so deeply invested in all of this that he'd even get to the point of considering something so deeply superfluous as wanting to weave a fabric out of spun obscura and general-fill, powers-as-the-plot-demands supermetals. It was all just so much busywork for a costume he'd wear once and then stow away just like every other outfit fitted for the female version of his body. He could just tap into the Pen, didn't even need to invest any power for the Pen was happy to provide it himself, just imagine the costume and it would be there. It would be effortless-

-It would be effortless. Pent had not earned effortless-

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.

-she retracts the Gatling gun, grabs Rabbid!Megan and, with a low screeching chuckle, swirl-drains into the open end of the pipe, appearing for all the world like a monstrous Tentacruel retreating into its den with its prey-

Rabbid!Megan: BWAAAAAAAAAH...

Megan: ...should we follow?

Pippy: <...I don't know.>

Megan: ...maybe just get a bit closer to the pipe, just in case.

-and she hops on his back and they slide a bit closer-

Etran readies his Freeze hammer and attempts to time it to hit a Rabbid as it bounces on him. "Blizzard, big guy!"

Cold air surrounds Siku who attempts to fire it at the remaining Rabbids.

Out of nowhere, Golett!Leo walks in, exhausted and with Rabbid Leo in his grip. He collapses onto the ground when he reaches the group.

Golett!Leo: *panting* <I DIDN'T> *haff* <THINK GOLETT...> *cough* <COULD GET EXHAUSTED SO FAST...>

Rabbid Leo: *just as exhausted, and is Paralyzed* <Bwahh...>

AC: <Yeah, and if that Casteliacone place didn't distract 'im, we woulda been chasin' him for a WHOLE LOT LONGER!>

Cerbeau: <And if we didn't get away as fast as we did, we probably would've gotten banned because of what he did.>

-they take some blaster fire that strikes through the Aqua Ring, but don't otherwise do much about that-

-Vee continues using the hammer-swinging Rabbid!Megan as a flail-

Kazuma slammed a Rabbid's head in with Facepalm Over Two. <Bwah!>

"I concur," Julius nodded.

Colt shoved his weight against the gates in the hopes that they'd open, as he had to keep Pot Shot brandished to cover his back from the side Kazuma and Julius did not.

Rin: "Archer! The remaining Rabbids!"

Archer: <Already on it.>

Rin and Archer fire on the remaining Rabbids, while Rabbid!Rin crawls through one of the tubes, brandishing what looks like the TF 2 Medic's healgun

So about this little death poof they've got... These like, digital Rabbids? How many actual specific Rabbid creatures came into our world in the first place?

Today, morning

-As Pent has his usual morning toast he ponders one sheet of paper he hastily scribbled out overnight. His drawing skills seem to have degraded during his self-anger (Pent takes a moment to freehand scrawl something and it's his usual level of quality rather than what's on the sheet) and is that crayon? Either way he tries to pick out the chickenscratch wording-

Step one, "get"... "git"? Okay it says git but probably means get... Then an arrow to stick person in a triangle on a line... Step two, "finnish plot"... Step three, "spiller thin"...

-The paper was slightly indecipherable and Pent was far too in the morning to any effort into working it out-

Ramona, upbeat: Hi, I'm a trainer, gym badge please.

Elesa, sighing: Oh for the love of. I'm sorry sweaty, but today is not a good day. I have a show to set up for.

Ramona: What kind of show?

Elesa: A fashion show and, I can't have any trainers here. I'm already missing a model, and my sponsors are threatening to pull their support, and...

Ramona: I thought you battled during shows all the time?

Elesa: Normally, but... look, unless you're willing to play dress up and walk onto a seizure inducing cat walk, you're going to have to come back to-

Ramona, wide eyed: -happy gasp- I get to play dress up? YAAAHHHH.

-"Ramona runs off to find a changing room before Elesa has time to say anything."-

Elesa: That was a joke... -sigh- why me?

-Corrin smiles.-

-The show starts. Corrin is awestruck, to say the least — of course, it was an impressive display, to be sure, but anyone could say that.-

-In the few months Corrin has been in this world, she has only seen so many moves. She's investigated what she, as a Hakamo-o, can know and will be able to learn later in her training, and done a cursory overview of her teammates' abilities as well, but most of these, she has never actually seen in action, so much of what is shown on the stage is very new to her.-

-Beyond the unfamiliarity with the moves themselves, Corrin can't help but be amazed at how these techniques are performed. Techniques that would normally be utilized in a fighting form are repurposed into an artistic, nonviolent performance, even moreso than one could compare martial arts to certain types of dances. In addition, the elemental aspect of many of the shown techniques made it an even more enchanting display. Certainly, mages and magic-users of her own world had elemental abilities, but none nearly as versatile and instantaneous as in this one, and certainly not easy enough to use to put on a full show with.-

-I think Corrin has a new obsession.-

-Anyway, the show concludes, and she and Artoria wrap up the rest of their night together.-

-Mason gets a somewhat sour look.-

Mason: Yeah, I was there. What was supposed to be a stealth mission turned into chaos, and we got to see their latest toys up close and personal. It wasn't pretty.
