Alyesha took a while standing up, now rather muddy, not that she cared, obviously she had her fun - although she'd probably need to take a shower before cooking again. Right as she was on her legs again she started giving chase again

Hearing that Krasnaya instantly blushed - again(?).

Krasnaya: <A-Are you mocking me?! I-I'm...>

She looked away

Krasnaya: <Maybe... I-If I wasn't...>

Matvey still sat on her, now using his arms to mimic an airplane as he enjoyed the flight.

Ever: Okay, maybe if I try this.

-he reaches towards PEFE!Every, who flinches-

Ever: I'm not gonna touch you. Promise.

-she seems mildly skeptical, but doesn't move-

-Ever reaches a couple inches behind where an ear would be, and produces Rotary's ball-

PEFE!Every: <...What.>

Ever: Huh. That worked.

PEFE!Every: <How did you do that?>

Ever: Magic, apparently.

PEFE!Every: <No it wasn't. Just regular deception.>

Ever: Well, how'd I get the ball in the first place then?

PEFE!Every: <...Okay, then it was Phantom Force.>

Ever: Still doesn't answer the question of where the ball was before I got my hands on it.

PEFE!Every: <Whatever. Just let him out so someone can get me down.>

Ever: First admit it was magic.

PEFE!Every: <No.>

Ever: Well, okay.

-he turns around and starts walking away-

PEFE!Every: <Wait!>

Ever: Hmm?

PEFE!Every: <I will admit...that it is possible...that the mechanism by which you retrieved Rotary's ball is not something which, with my current understanding of the universe, I am able to explain.>

Ever: ...Guess that's good enough.

-he sends out Rotary-

-at which point there is a flash of light, and PEFE!Every is human again-

-and she falls off of the bookshelf-

So, if you were going to say, forcibly tear a hole in a multiversal barrier, how would you do it?

PEFE!Every: There's definitely a rational explanation.

Ever: I mean, yeah. It's just that that rational explanation is, in this case, magic.

PEFE!Every: Oh, come on. Even if it were "magic", it would still have to adhere to some kind of internal consistency. In which case it's just a science we don't yet understand.

Ever: Or, it could be completely random.

PEFE!Every: Harnessed entropy field.

Ever: You can't just string together science words and hope they mean something!

PEFE!Every: Um, yes I can, I'm a scientist.

Ever: Fine, explain this. Rotary, what's your favorite color?

Rotary: (thoughtfully) <Goldenrod.>

Echo: Well, let's see... previously, we established that Mew's transformations are most likely use of incredible psychic power to facilitate instantaneous molecular rearrangement in the subject. Since this is a power of the mind, presumably the Mew that transformed you telepathically provided you with the pattern recognition to understand Monese as a second language. You retained this knowledge after transforming back. As for speaking Monese while in Pokemon form and human-designed languages as a human, you instinctively revert to whichever one your mouth and vocal cords are better suited for. At least, that's my theory.

Leeya: Well, if you put enough electromagnetic pressure on subatomic particles and take into account spacetime fluctuations, you can punch a hole into another universe! Of course, this can destabilize the multiversal barriers of whatever universe you're in, but only if you do it, like, a lot.

-Shaun steps out of Kahili's room, Jessica at his side, as the clear strip underneath their feet glows with a rainbow color.-

Shaun: "Okay, I wager this next one is Ghost. Gotta heal you and Lightning, then we'll try that."

Jessica: <Okay!>

-A purple Ghost-aura wall surrounds the battlefield.-

Acerola: "Ready for a battle, mister?"

Shaun: "Damn right I am."

-Shaun grabs a Great Ball.-

Shaun: "Alright Jamie!"

-An Alolan Vulpix come out.-

Jamie: <Wanna see some cool tricks?>

Shaun: "Lay a veil upon yourself."

Jamie: <You can just tell me to use Aurora Veil.>

-Jamie does indeed use Aurora Veil.-

Acerola: "Copycat that!"

-The Mimikyu puts up their own Aurora Veil.-

Shaun: <Damn. Jamie! Break their Disguise! Ice Beam!>

-Jamie shoots an Ice Beam at the Mimikyu.-

Shaun: "Don't worry, Jamie. We won't lose this."

-He grabs an Icium-Z.-

-Shaun staggers out.-

Shaun: "I don't think they'll get a Z-Move against Olivia...not that Tsunami can use one, according to the league rules."

-A rock-styled barrier envelopes the battlefield.-

Olivia: "Ready for a rematch?"

Shaun: "The question is, are you ready to lose again?"

Olivia: "Ha! My Pokémon will grind yours to dust!"

-Shaun's phone dings.-

-Shaun just shakes his head.-

Shaun: "We'll see about that."

Shaun: "Tsunami, if you'd please."

-Tsunami appears from her Premier Ball.-

Tsunami: <Hmmph. You again.>

Lycanroc: <Last time was a fluke. You're just a weak, sucidally overconfident penguin.>

Tsunami: <I'LL MAKE YOU EAT THOSE WORDS!>

-She shoots a Hydro Pump at the Lycanroc.-

Lycanroc: <That all you got?>

-They toss a boulder from somewhere at Tsunami.-

Shaun: "Battle Charge!"

Olivia: "I haven't heard of that move..."

-Tsunami rushes at the Lycanroc, smashing the boulder with a Rock Smash as she runs.-

Shaun: "Because it's a technique. Waterfall and Rock Smash."

Tsunami: <Because they didn't learn from their mistakes.>

Lycanroc: <I'm not done yet!>

-They rush Tsunami...only to be met with a Rock Smash to the face.-

Tsunami: <Bring it on!>

Shaun: "Well Olivia? Are you not entertained?"

"Well we've got a group that specializes in multiversal travel or exploration or whatever... What's theoretically easier to do; wait for a wormhole that happens to go where you want, or make your own? Assuming you had the capability"

Pipit: <...You mean Uncle Blitz could get arrested for learning to do stuff like that?>

"Okay, seriously, I'm getting a little annoyed," Colton announced, looking at the cavernous inside. "I was told the Rock Trial was held around here, and no one has given me any indication.

"Is it because I don't have a Z-Ring?" He asked. "Because all the previous captains didn't seem to give their respective expletives," he explained.

"Oh god, this was a Grand Trial, da ne?" He realized from just how alone he felt. "They're probably at the League. YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES!" He hollered, exiting the Ruins.

PEFE!Every: My actual mother kind of sort of left me in PEFE HQ when I was a kid, and then I didn't see another human until Dr. Tagg and the others took the place over. So, like, it's kind of weird I feel like.

Ever: Yeah, that. So I'm making fun of her for getting attached and then calling you mom, because she's pretends she's all above emotions and now look at her.

-he thinks about this, and frowns-

Ever: You know, when I put it like that, it seems kind of mean.

-Ever is hit by a spitball-

Librarian: -is unsure if she has the authority to intervene in this situation but really this is a library come on-

Sam thought back, and then answered, "Not much. I know Petey is a pure ink construct, and that something about this has to do with demonic forces and why I'm still here despite clearly being dead."

He kicked the skeleton body a bit, "As for your question kid, I technically already am. Hell this is... I think my 13th body. Those Terry's you saw at Lena's? Yeah this ain't my first time trying to get down here. I got my inky toon guts torn out again and again."

"To put it simply, I'm a wandering soul trapped down here, I get the feeling it has to do with the Ink Machine down below. And Walt... you gotta explain what happened to you, people are acting weird and I'm fairly certain you... look different somehow. These toon eyes probably aren't working right."

Petey walked over and hugged Terry's leg. "As for Zachary. No clue what's up with him. Lena? Lena is no doubt the animated body of poor Sherry. Poor gal, she wanted to be a star, instead when shit went down and... well everyone died, she got her body tossed through that contraption. Me? I'm just dead. Those searchers? Poor employees. Basically, we're %$@!($% stuck down here and I'm stuck eternally dying as Lena tries to make herself perfect. And I can't even swear because I'm a $*@#$!@!# #$#@ cartoon character. So welcome to hell!"

Sam sounded really bitter and sarcastic, "Sorry, don't mean to take it out on you, but I haven't been able to talk for so long... I should've listened to Tex. Hope he's okay."

A metal stomping came down the hall, it appeared as if Sam's ranting had attracted attention.

"Okay... Pipeworks and the Generator have secret locks that will let us get down to the Ink Machine. If we want out... we need to get those open. Hopefully I'll finally shut the #$@! thing down and move on. Maybe find out what the hell happened to Alan, if I see him alive, I'm strangling him."

-PEFE!Every mumbles something-

Ever: Anyway, what I'm getting at here is that she's got a lot of baggage about the whole "mom" thing which I consider more or less fair game because she's threatened me with syringes more than once, but if you betray what may pass for trust with her, I'll be annoyed. Does that scan? It seems fairly nice.

PEFE!Every: -grumble-

Blitz: "Thought so."
