Some smartass teen from Hoenn, somehow found about the Scythermen through some "J-Team TV Show", father was another geneticist on the team who wouldn't tell the brat anything himself, but let slip on me, and he found me and tried to get anything I had on the project for some stupid sci-fi idea he had for genetically enhancing himself, scared him off after I told him genetics don't fucking work that way... But I found some files I'd tucked away to destroy missing soon after. which at least convinced me to destroy the rest.

Robin: ...Not good.

Dave: Yeah, kid was a problem.

Though he was less interested in Scyther so much as Flygon... Rambled about creating his own Flygonite, bragged about both running the "official" Garchomp hateblog and bullying some kid named Ben for supposedly declaring Salamence superior...
