Draconid Elder: Since times long ago, Hoenn has repeatedly suffered many great disasters. At times, the destruction took the form of a great meteor, which fell upon our land from distant space. At other times, the super-ancient Legendary Pokemon Groudon and Kyogre brought us to the brink of annihilation — sometimes undergoing their own Primal Reversion, sometimes not, but no matter what, it meant peril.

But each time, Lord Rayquaza has saved us from our doom. The chosen Lorekeeper, standing before a stone that shone with a rainbow light, offered up a wish to the great one. And Lord Rayquaza's body was suffused with a brilliant light, and transformed. In its transformed state, Lord Rayquaza's power was more incredible, more awe-inspiring, and more devastating than ever before, overcoming even the other Legendary Pokemon with all of their power.

Steven: It certainly sounds like a familiar power, does it not?

Maggie: "Okay, who shou-"

-Pitch comes out of her ball-
