Jason:Truthfully? Kinda. I mean yeah, I like the fact that they're gone and all...but now it's kinda quiet in these regions

-He chuckles.-

What about you? What have you been doing in your downtime?

Ammon: <We thought he was a little crazy at first, but it's hard to complain with the results now>

-The Arcanine gives Lane a toothy grin-

Blitz: "Yeah, it would have been nice if they had their main HQ a bit closer to somewhere like Fall City or Summerland..."

"Me? Other than hosting a party for a legendary, not much. Exploring, training, that sort of stuff"

Blitz: "Glad you thought so, I was surprised how many people showed up actually, even with half the people I expected to be there absent"

"As for now, maybe I'll go get a nap, I dunno. If nothing interesting happens for too long I might have to make my own excitement or something"

Last Time, At The Deziscape...

-Sandy and Dezilete were embarking onto their mechs, the former with far more difficulty than the latter.-

Deziscape

-The armored brown Pent has embarked onto the much smaller mech and is rolling it's shoulders-

Ah, this works. Man and machine in perfect alignment.

-Kitsune, after thinking for a moment, runs in place causing her mech to move forward at a brisk pace.-

-In the corner of everyone's head's up display, a familiar biomechanical face appears.-

Dezilete: Alright, everyone's suited up and ready! Now, watch out for attacks from above - EVERYONE likes using attacks from above!

-A different face appears next to Dezilete's.-

Sandy: Everyone?

-Dezilete nods.-

Dezilete: It's kinda a thing with us in general. Now, let's go!

-Dezilete's green mech takes to the skies, a radiant blue thruster on it's back providing constant propulsion. Sandy tentatively moves her mech forward, and it glides across the ground on hovering thrusters. So far, the sound of battle can be heard, but no battles can be seen yet.-

-Kitsune sighs as Dezilete's statement.-

Kitsune: <Great. Aerial combat. Lovely.>

This baby ain't built for flight...

-He tentatively marches after Sandy's mech-

Deziscape

Dezilete: Oh, I don't mean that most mechs can fly. Mine is an oddity, actually.

-She spins around to demonstrate.-

Dezilete: I mean that most of us tend to-

-A new voice comes through the coms as something blots out the sun. The something smacks dead into Dezilete's mech and drives her into the ground... before throwing up its hands in devil horns.◊ Sandy hits a thruster to move her out of the way, and is disoriented with the sheer speed of which she did it.-

???: EYEEEEEEEAH!

Dezilete: - Do that... @_@

-The new mech revs it's engine(?!) in victory.-

???Dezismack: DEZISMACK IS IN THE HOOOOOOUSE!

Crow: "I don't know, sorta after what Finn was doing I thought even if I've got a formal team, there's no real problem with the rest of the team doing other stuff or hanging around, even if I'm going to be focusing more on my active team."

Ghostus: <AND WHY DIDN'T YOU COME TO THIS DECISION BEFORE I SPENT 9 MONTHS IN THAT WRETCHED PLACE?>

Crow: "Eh, sorry. You're free to just stick around in the future if need be."

Ghostus: <Hm.>

-Sundancer, meanwhile, notices a metal Wingull outside and scoffs at it-

-Meanwhile, Maggie is reorganizing her team as well-

Maggie: "Mkay... That's probably good."

"Hope they don't react too badly to waking up back at HQ..."

-Sweetie comes in and delivers some more honey while Maggie sighs-

Maggie: And hopefully I'm able to keep track of my Pokemon easier like this...

Dezismack: THE BEST ROCKER IN THE WOOOOOOORLD!

-A visual display pops up, and Deziree's usual face stares back. Only, this one has much messier hair, a ripped black t-shirt with a mechanical skull on it, a pair of ripped short shorts, fishnet stockings, and unlaced jackboots. Which she is demonstrating by having her feet up on the console.-

Dezismack: And don't you go thinking I'll be going easy on you just 'cause you're new! This is the Arena, and ANYTHING GOES!

-A laser blast knocks Dezismack's mech onto it's back. A new mech reveals itself from behind a rock.◊-

Dezimorgan: Ye yellow-livered dog! I be ye opponent!

Dezismack: GRRRR, FINE THEN!

-The two's mechs engage, creating a huge crossfire of missiles, lasers, and melee combat interspersed between.-

Sandy: I say we get while the getting's good!

-Lane chuckles.-

Lane:Sorry, Ammon. Just my affinity for for types. Hehe.
