Ray yawned, and tried to stay up, but within a few seconds, she was curled up on the bed, snoring gently.

Jason's Cabin, present

Ray's head moves up and her eyes open, her hair and robe askew."Whuh?What happened? Oh, man, I fell asleep didn't I?..sorry about that." She then moved forward and looked at Morgi's second drawing."Oh wow, that looks nice...but I really think we should do some Mind-diving with you at some point.

The image of Maria flickered again, to be replaced by a younger Locke, and then a younger Ray, before going back to young!Locke.

He whimpered."Please, you have to help me...they're coming.."

From behind them came a howling sound, as one of the shadows detached itself from the wall and went, flowing, towards young!Locke, who had now shifted into young!Maria, forming claws.

Locke fired the gun, and though it bounced off the ground, it seemed to have hit the shadow, which wailed and retreated.

Locke sighed heavily."The shadows represent the unknowns of the outside world...except for these two." Two shadows then detached themselves, taking the form of a man and a woman, and they stood in front of young!Maria, like overbearing giants, yammering at her in gibberish, Maria cowering even more.

Locke looked hard at the two, unblinking."Those are your parents, aren't they, Maria?"

Rosa looked outside."<It's a beautiful day, Sen, would you like to go for a walk?"

Ray nodded brightly, but then her face paled."Oh dear, I left Marie alone all of last night.." then her face hardened a bit.."Oh well, I'm sure she'd be fine.Not like she hasn't done the same..."
