He's the creator of the PC Box storage system. His colleagues elsewhere helped to improve it into the form you see now.

No one bothered to explain this to you?

You can put Pokemon you're not using inside these boxes by transforming them into computer data. The exact details of digitization are a little too technical for me to explain.

SORRY! HAD SPORTS CARNIVAL...

-Wakes up in the courtyard of the hospital in Aqua resort, a vauge impression of a computer keyboard exists on my face for a few moments-

Me: ~Blink blink~ Morning all... -Looks around, then at computer-

/Duck/: -In a mildly panicked tone- Pentigan! Pentigan! You've missed an important appointment in your calender.-Opens a window showing the month, "Flight to Fiore!" on today's date is circled in red-

Me: -Wearilly looks at the screen- What? -Wakes up fully- What? WHAT? DARNIT DARNIT DARNIT!!! -Packs up things and starts running-

Lugia: -Flying ahead, providing an areodynamic boost to the entire group behind him- <No worries dude, I need to pick up some stuff from my last pad in Kanto anyway and it's a good chance for these three -Slightly gestures back to Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos behind him- to meet their counterparts.>

Zapdos: <Well, I'm not the most thrilled about it... From what I hear the other Zapdos is a meanie...>

Articuno: <Aww... Cheer up Z, how about I go meet with the other Zapdos and you can meet my counterpart?>

-Two Wailord, each carrying a large crowd of Pokémon on their backs, swim through the sea towards Johto, lead there by Ho-oh, who's flying just ahead.-

Ho-oh: Not much further now!

Wailord: WAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIILLLLL!

Phantom: <If you come within 10 feet of me, I'll have my trainer sic his Ampharos on you.>

-Yes, Phantom is one of those Wailord. She also happens to be the one that me, my team, and Reshiram are riding on.-

Unite: <So, we're going to Johto then? What's it like?>

Lake: <Well, it's very mountainous. Especially in the north wet around where Blackthorn City is. So it's a bit rough to get around.>

Woolly: <Oh, but there's so many different things to see in Johto! Like the Sprout Tower! or the Ruins of Alph! Or the National Park! Or the Pokéathlon Dome! or->

Unite: <Okay Woolly, we get it! There's a lot of stuff in Johto!>

Wulfric: <We probably won't have time to see it all though...>

Probably not. We've only got about a day until we have to move on to Fiore. But we'll try and do as much as we can while we're here. Is there anywhere anyone wants to go in particular?

Woolly: <OH! Oh! I want to go to the Olivine Lighthouse!>

Lake: <Ah. I think I know why.>

Ad Min: <Really? Would you mind sharing with us?>

Safari Zone Worker #2: Well, he told me that the owner was coming here. And he was bringing a whole load of homeless Pokémon to live here in the Safari Zone.

Worker #1: Oh.

Worker #2: He also told me that the owner they would be coming on Two Wailord with an escort consisting of Ho-oh and the Legendary Beasts.

-It's at this point that Ho-oh flies overhead. Much to the shock of everyone present.-

-Everyone looks and spots our Wailord approaching. After a few minutes, both Pokémon arrive at the shore, close enough for the passengers to get off easily. Suicune is the first to get off, causally approaching the gathered staff.-

Suicune: (Ahem) Good morning. I believe you were expecting us?

Worker #1: ...Yes. Are you-?

Suicune: With Luke? Yes, of course.

-I come other, along with my Pokémon and Reshiram.-

-I turn to address the staff.-

Hello everyone! Nice to see you all here. Now, we've got a whole bunch of Pokémon that need re-homing, so I'm going to need you all to cooperate to help get these Pokémon unloaded and settled in! Everybody clear?

-Everyone replies affirmatively.-

Good. Okay, Raikou and Entei?

Raikou: <Nya, We know what to do Luke!>

Entei: <OKAY! EVERYMON OFF! SINGLE FILE PLEASE!!!>

Raikou: <Once on the shore, gather in groups of the same species, and the staff will escort you to the area that shall be your home from now on! Nya!>

-Raikou and Entei start escorting the Pokémon off the Wailord and Phantom.-

Reshiram: <I must say Luke, you've got things very well organised.>

Well, I had some help planning all this with Ho-oh and the beasts. So I can't take all the credit.

I'm going to be AWOL for the majority of the day, what with going to an art museum + fitness challenge + psychiatrist appointment. So just assume Jane is with Zekrom somewhere in between Johto and Kanto
