-Jab blocks Crewe again, and bristles, his crest unfolding-

Muddy: <Yeah, but there's something that bugs me a bit more than that. I could blame the Vow, say we had no choice but to follow Tagg's orders, but in the end, no one made us do anything. Mons that hide behind the Vow to excuse their crimes are cowards, we do have some duty to resist, and had we a bit more courage the events of that day might not have happened. I mean, I can't exactly say I'm that choked up over the deaths of those complicit in mon Mind Rape and slavery who were planning on collecting the bounty on our heads when we came to kill them to the last man, but it was still in the end, wrong.>

<The question is, where's our agency as mons? We're all equally complicit in what happened that day even though we did manage to prevent it from getting worse, but my trainer ends up getting most of the blame for it when we've all got blood on our forelimbs. There are non-abusive trainers out there who nonetheless feel what I think my trainer would call White Man's Burden, which in its own way can be just as harmful as any whipping or starving an abusive trainer could do. I feel that if they can hate him they should have the decency to hate us as well.>

Shaka tosses the picture to the side, causing the battered frame and smoked glass to crack and shatter.

Shaka: <I do not blame anyone for my crimes but myself. My crimes and Constantin's crimes are one in the same. Even if I am much more approachable than my master. But in my position, there is really nothing more I can do. Kahina and I work tirelessly just to help him rerail his life, David strains himself tremendously and Bolivar. Poor Bolivar, he is in his final phase. We do all we can in our power to try to help him, but he is so far off that the task is Sisyphusian in nature.>

-Blitz stretches, and chuckles at Senshi's antics, unfortunately it looks like the spot Blitz has been laying was under the window, as he's turned back into a Greninja at some point during the trip
