The Auric Avenger: You wear a costume and you've been working against Illusion. That's enough to get my attention. Seeing as we both seem to have the same sort of idea, I'm here to propose that we team up. Don't get me wrong, I could throw you farther than I trust you at the moment, but I think we'd get better results working with each other than against each other.

Former J-team. That makes seven that I can think of, and there are probably more I just haven't realized."

Blitz chuckles "And now I've got a translator, an orb that makes illusions, LOTS of suggestions to learn self-defense... And a curse. And I'm not talking about our plane landing in Fiore instead of Hoenn kind of curse."

The Auric Avenger: Good one. Look, I've been doing this for longer than you have, and I'd say that I've got a fair bit more cash behind my operation as well. Not to mention that I already have a sidekick. What I'm proposing is a partnership, not an apprenticeship. I reckon it cuts down on the number of dumb arguments if we try to see each other as equals.

Shingeko then turns back to the Avenger "Anyway, no need to tell me how to be a proper super-hero, I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't know."
