Teishi chuckles a bit "<Glad to see that you're happy, Sakura. Now thar you're a ninja we're unstoppable>" he said with confidence.

-For once, Jason is just sleeping. Desipe him thinking it wasn't the greatest advice, he did take Ms. Hero's advice and had Grim use Dream Eater to stave off the nightmares. He didn't have any forays into his Mindscape either. He was just laying there with a decently happy expression on his face.-

Vierr's Dream

-The great wizard king Vierr the Terrible sits on his throne, looking bored. One of his underlings stumbles through the doors, panicking.-

Underling: Y-your Vierrfulness! The Math Darkness has kidnapped Lady Elise!

Vierr: What?! No...

Underling: They wish to test you for—

???: I can speak for myself.

-A figure with a black coat and a mask walks in, throwing the underling aside.-

Math Darkness: You better hope you're good at calculus!

-Vierr scowls-

Vierr: You had no right to bring her into our conflict. Nor should your test be on a subject that has nothing to do with us!

Math Darkness: My methods mean nothing. The point is, you should never have dropped out of high school.

-A field of Obscura washes over them.-

Math Darkness: And now, there's absolutely nothing you can do to stop me!

-The Math Darkness cackles as Vierr grits his teeth.-

Vierr: I'll settle this with my real skills!

-He focuses... and nothing happens.-

Vierr: ...W-what...?

Math Darkness: Ahahaha! Under my power, you are quite literally powerless!

-The Math Darkness blasts Vierr against the wall with Obscura, trapping him in a desk.-

Vierr: N-no... I didn't study...

-The Math Darkness walks up to the helpless wizard and places papers on his desk. An Obscuric pencil forms in his hand as the Math Darkness removes her mask.-

Math Darkness Vierr's Math Teacher: Get to working, boy.

-Vierr wakes up suddenly-

Vierr: ...Khoshekh, why?

Khoshekh: <Mnyath...>

-Vierr sighs-

-Yup...Jason's still asleep.-

Eridanus: Yawn... Sleepy. What time it is?

Math teacher? What Vierr is taking?

"Screw it, I AM going to enjoy this game!"

-Jason stirs, sitting up in bed and staring out the window.-

Jason:Huh...some decent sleep for once...that's nice.

Due to an unexpectedly full day, and the fact I have no clue when I'll be back today, I'm setting up Ren's location for Dune and Psyche.

Kalos League, Today

-Ren and Co load into the Mod Vehicle and drive to Lumiose.-

Lumiose City, Today, Later, Late morning

-Ren is trying to arrange for the Mod Vehicle to be delivered to Fiore by Monday.-

Lumiose City, Even later, mid afternoon

-Ren, having successfully arranged for the mod vehicle's shipping, is trying to get to Lumiose Airport so he can greet the crew of his family's jet, then meet Dune and Psyziree. However...-

-An unusually short female Braixen holding an unusually long stick for its size, lands gracefully from a jump, causing Ren and co.'s to stop so they don't trample the fox mon.-

Braixen: -holding her free paw to the side of her mouth- <O~hohohohohoho!>

Ren: Oh Arceus, don't tell me...

Braixen: <Caught unaware of my stunning arrival? Such heedlessness is ill conductive for your continued survival.>

-Ren and co just blink at the Braixen.-

Braixen: <Certainly a being of my repute deserves a more fitting salute?>

-Ren and co continue to stare.-

Braixen: <I expect to see more than mouths agape, if my wrath you wish to escape. As this is a matter of great urgency, I recommend you start to grovel for my mercy.>

Ren: -snapping out of his shock, thanks to the Braixen's verbal threat, retorts- I don't grovel. For anything, nor to any personmon.

*ahem*

-more politely, but with a not of indignation still in his voice- You match the description of a mon I was asked to look for. I am Renard Clavis, may I ask for your name if you have one?

-the Braixen places her paws on her hips as she taps her foot in irritation as she looks at Ren with a cross between impressed, angry, and amused.-

Braixen: <Owe? What a funny man with a matching maw! Don't you know your fate rests in the palm of my paws? But shall forgive your ignorance, if only this once. After all, I suppose you can't help being a dunce!>

-Rio growls at that last comment-

Ren: -actually starting to be amused by the Braixen- Calm down Rio, let's here her out.

Braixen: <Your judgement human, is really quite wise - you may yet stave off an untimely demise. Now heed me well, lest you all come to woe - you stand before the illustrious Shantotto! —>

Ren, Kitsune, and Rio: Of course she is...'

Braixen Shantotto: <— The lands near and within this city is my demesne, where I preside as supreme mistress of all matters arcane.>

Ren: Uh... Shantotto, was it? I have been asked to train you by your ancestor via a dream —

-Ren holds out a Premiere Ball that has been had a custom paint job of fire, ice, and lightning patterns on it.-

—Would you consent to join me and my team in our travels?

-Shantotto looks at Ren, then the ball, then back at Ren; then sudden laughs derisively at Ren.-

Shantotto: <Such reckless behavior and such brash requests — I admire your heart, but your head is as empty as an old Swellow's nest. Since a fight you cannot win, it is a fight you should avoid. I would've feigned ignorance had you fled, but it now seems you wish to be completely destroyed.>

Ren: Please, Shantotto, just come with me. I agreed to train you and I'm currently in a bit of a hurry. I promise to explain everything to you on the way to our destination.

Braixen: -holding her free paw to the side of her mouth and once again laugh derisively- <O~hohohohohoho!>

Ren: *Sigh* We're going to have to do the whole battle and capture routine, aren't we?

Shantotto: <Yes, yes. Do your worst, and all that. Strong words will count for naught once I've crushed you flatter than flat. Hmm, so striking and tall—I think I'll incinerate you, pretty clothes and all!>

Ren: -sighing- Fine then. Let's end this with out anyone getting hurt. Kitsune, Imprison.

-Kitsune, her eyes glowing purple, jumps into Shantotto's face, and locks eyes with her.-

Shantotto: <Was trick was that? I'm not impressed! Did you think I'd falter because I'm small? You see my dears, to me a victory is made more worthwhile when I see a bigger opponent fall!>

-Shantotto attempts to use Psyshock to knock Kitsune away but can't, due to Kitsune knowing Psyshock as a TM move.-

Shantotto: <... Oh dear... I've made an error, I fear.>

Ren: Kitsune, Hypnosis!

Kitsune: -as her eyes flash a soothing purple, Kitsune speaks softly- <Sorry Shantotto, but Ren likes to keep his promises if he can. We'll explain everything when you wake up.>

-At such close range, Kitsune Hypnosis takes effect almost immediately. As Shantotto falls off her feet Rio dashes forward and catches her in his arms then carries her over to Ren.-

Ren: Sorry Shantotto, but I did promise Miko to catch and train you

Shantotto: -muttering in her sleep- <If you fail to treat me right, I shall set your pants alight!>

-Ren, Kitsune, and Rio all sweatdrop.-

-Ren presses the customized Premiere Ball to the sleeping Braixen's forehead, causing her to be drawn into the ball that starts to shake in Ren's hand.-

Wobble... Wooble... Wooble... Click!

Congratulations! Ren caught Shantotto!

Ren: Shantotto, welcome to the team. I hope you have a pleasant dre—

—uh... nap!

-Ren climbs back on Kitsune as she and Rio laugh at Ren's almost mimicking their newest team member.-

Lumiose Airport, Today, Later still

-Ren greets Captain Mermoz and his crew. Ren sends a stewardess to Meet Dune and Psyziree and direct them to the jet when they arrive-

Clavis Family Jet, Today, Egads! Even later still!

-Once Dune and Psyziree board the jet, they'll see Ren, Kitsune, and Rio are already aboard and talking with a healed - and slightly irritated - Shantotto.-

Dune and/or Psyche, If I'm not back later when you two are ready, you can control the NPCs and have them transport you to Fall City as fast as you'd like the flight to go.

-Sarah also searches for a switch, ignoring the increasing headache-

-Jason's breakfast consists of two waffles with jelly in the middle, eaten like a sandwich. He takes a seat and turns to Tori and Eri.-

Jason:So what's been up with you guys?

Eridanus: [still consuming eggs] Whadda ya mean? I'd recommend you to not suggest that anything links us as a couple. She'll use the pillows to beat you, probably to unconsciousness.

Blitz: "Morning, how's it going?"

Tori just shakes her head as she finishes her pancakes

"Not much for me, mostly checking out the town and exploring. A bit of training for Strom, that sort of stuff."

-Andrew's Persian is watching the monitors, tilting his head at the girls feeling around the machine-

Persian:<Odd.> -begins licking Andrew's hand to wake him up-

Andrew:-slowly wakes up, hitting his head on a lamp- Gah! What the hell, Greed?

-Greed points his paw to the monitor-

Andrew:Looks like people are getting suspicious...better send someone there.

-He begins typing up a request to post a guard at some of the machines-
