Then again, I'm hardly a biology expert."

Kim is training Joe in the way of Riolu-hood. This is somewhat difficult, given that she's never had to do this before and hasn't been a Riolu for a month or so now and thus is at a different level of power, but it is going along at some extent.

At present, Rex is jogging alongside Lian, getting in some physical exercise of his own. After all, a journey is just as much of a test for the trainer as it is for the Pokémon.
Unfortunately, his mother has taken this lesson very much to heart. As such, both he and Lian are presently wearing weights around their legs.
