Herbert: Good, good. I was just worried that with all the blade Pokemon running around, someone might have gotten hurt. Anyway, I don't think that excursion went too badly, did it? I might have lost a hundred thousand Pokedollars, but I got an army of my own in the process!

-Kirk continues to observe Eowyn with a wary look in his eye.-

Kirk: <It's rare to see another Lucario. Especially a female one.>

Swanna: <...Ow.> -Aerial Ace-

Karin defends herself from the Aerial Ace.

After, of course, some more leftovers, another Round.

Crow: "Hm... Snimm?"

Maggie: "Well, yeah. And Carol's safe too."

-the Swanna barely survives, and uses Aerial Ace again-

-Herbert looks slightly abashed at the fact that he forgot to mention Carol in his excitement.-

Herbert: Yeah, of course. That much goes without saying. Which reminds me, I should head to the Pokemon Center, see how she's doing. I'll give you two lovebirds some privacy.

-He walks into the lobby of the Pokemon Center, waving goodbye to Maggie and Nico but leaving Kirk with Eowyn.-

Snimm...hmm.

"Oh, they must be searching for Carol, she got kidnapped by a bunch of Pawniard..." said Sakura, picking Blythe up and petting her while looking rather worried "... In any case, what have you been up to?" she asked, trying to quickly change the subject.

"That name sounds Sneasel-y enough, but Snimm sounds more Sneasel-y to me."

"Then again, I'm not the one naming him."

Nathan, his bag, Pokemon and company survived the assault, exited the cave and got teleported to Lentimas town with others, but when Herbert mentioned nobody got hurt, Nate just had to rectify that.

Nathan: "Not everyone got out without flesh wounds."

Nathan said and flashed his bloodstained, bandaged palm.

Lentimas Pokemon Center

-Herbert is sitting in the lobby of the Pokemon Center on his laptop, doing some research to refresh his memory about the Ghost Lord whilst he waits for Carol to come out of her room.-

Herbert: Huh. I didn't realise it before, but he looks familiar. Very familiar, in fact. As familiar as someone from a six hundred year-old painting can look, really. And he was an Obscuric... a powerful one, at that.

-He glances down at the 600 year-old Auric sword in its scabbard, the faint blue glow still visible through the crack, before continuing his research on his laptop, occasionally looking up at Nathan absently.-

Herbert: Ouch. You should probably go and get that seen to.

Lentimas Town

-Kirk looks somewhat curiously at Eowyn, but relaxes his stance slightly.-

Kirk: <Nerds? I'm not quite sure what you're trying to infer there. Although my trainer does play video games far too often, if you ask me. Apparently Pokemon like us are quite good at them, having opposable thumbs and all, but I've never seen the point myself. Why fight enemies on a computer screen when there are two waiting around every corner?>
