- Apart from the main Marvel Universe titles, Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man "What If?" stories, crossovers, guest appearances in other books, Alternate Universe tales and things like Marvel's manga adaptations are all on-topic here.
- Spider-Man 'family' books are on-topic (as are their own crossovers, guest appearances etc.) - e.g. Spider-Man 2099, Miles Morales, Spider-Woman, Silk, Spider-Gwen, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, Red Goblin and Spider-Verse.
- Characters and comics that originated in Spider-Man but are no longer directly connected to the spider-franchise (e.g. Punisher, Silver Sable) are not on-topic, unless you're discussing historical connections and crossovers. If in doubt, check before you write a long post. If this isn't the right place, there's a more general Marvel Comics thread
which covers them.
Technically, Marvel's Infinity Comics (and their predecessors, Infinite Comics) are webcomics, not comic books, but it's fine to talk about their Spider-Man stories here.
Discussions that are only about Spider-Man adaptations in other media (films, video games etc.) are off-topic, but discussing the differences between the adaptations and the original comics is fine - as long as spoilers for the adaptations are tagged.
Please follow the spoiler policy rules - tag spoilers for the latest issues, for any previews or content leaks, and for off-topic comics. When including spoiler tags, try to write so that tropers can make an informed decision before viewing them (e.g. which series and issue will they spoil?).

The best part was in Ewing's Mighty Avengers, where Luke's buddy said Spider-Man probably just discovered Atlas Shrugged, and that he saw it all the time in college.
And then in Cap & the Mighty Avengers, there's a great callback where Spider-Man says he did read Atlas Shrugged in college and got a little dickish for a while.

So in the ASM Newspaper strip, it seems MJ is once again putting on an act with Xandu, saying she doesn't want to be rescued by Peter and Strange. Yesterday's strip gave us an insight into her thought process with this one...she's frightened that Peter will die if he keeps trying to defy Xandu's magic, and Strange reveals that they are locked in a stand-off so long as he possesses the wand, so this is MJ trying to buy Peter and Strange time and spare them time.
Problem is, this is the same plot twist the strip's writers used for the very end of the Sub-Mariner storyline where MJ was willing to run off with Namor if it meant sparing Peter.
Everyone should read this week's Spider-Man/Deadpool. Right now.

I though the first issue was bad (like, Way levels of bad) but the subsequent ones have all been great, so I'm glad I stuck with it.
Kind of contradicts OMIT's rules that the deal did'nt happen also, as Mephisto remembers, but Peter apparently has no memory of ever meeting Mephisto before, not even that one time he saved the spirit of Christmas from him

I read on scans_daily that Slott had pitched marriage comebacks several times. Not sure how true that is though
My thoughts on the subject is that it all depends on who Spidey's MCU love interest is. If it's MJ I think we'll get an OMD reversal; if it's Gwen I think we'll get a resurrection for her.

The main problem with Superior is that Ock makes absolutely no effort to act like Peter whatsoever. He still uses the same pretentious, overly formal diction as he always does and has the same arrogant, Insufferable Genius attitude and yet most people don't seem to be under the suspicion that something is wrong despite the fact that Peter is CLEARLY not himself. And this is a world where stuff like mind control, robots, etc exist.
If you can get past that (admittedly enormous) caveat it has some enjoyable ideas and moments.
