Not to sound cynical, but it doesn't sound any more special then most Make-A-Wish stories.

Probobly doesn't, but I didn't even know of Make A Wish before this.
And it's kind of special in a way to show that Sega isn't run by Corrupt Corporate Executives.
Or, at the very least if being cynical, knows that helping a Littlest Cancer Patient birthday wish come true is good for their image.
Do you think Activision whose CEO admitted in interest on nothing but profit would have done that? They don't seem to be caring about good image anymore.
So atleast some rich suits out there have atleast some heart these days.
