Yes, they should do it.
But then again, there were probably too many guest fighters in Street Fighter X Tekken for some....
Watch SymphogearThat was AWESOME. And they actually put more effort into the Rival Battle Dialogue than SSFIV Arcade Edition did! Also, I was almost right about the Auto Raging Demon, but I will wait until the Akuma DLC to see if my theory fully comes true. Think they are going to have Oni appear? And QTE Parries? KICK ASS.
On another note, if they make a sequel set in the Modern Day setting, I would like them to actually shift around the personalities of the reincarnated characters, just to mix things up, kind of like the new characterisations of the Reincarnated people in Steel Ball Run.
A corpse should be left well enough alone...That would be interesting.
Watch SymphogearOn that note, it'd be pretty cool if the demigods were good guy-ish, or at least not readily murderable.
I am the arm.I picked up a copy of this game for twenty bucks off of a guy on craigslist. I finished up to the end of episode 12, playing off and on for the past two days.
Twenty dollars felt like an appripriate price for the game, to be honest.
I can't help but feel that the game would have benefitted from some more actual gameplay sections. It feels so far that most of the non-boss fights are religated to flashback sequences, and that seems like a clumsy way of fitting them into the game. Really, the best part I've experienced so far was I believe Episode 9, since I was given the time to actually enjoy the combat for a significant length of time. I wouldn't have minded if the game had taken a God Of War -style approach of guiding you from setpiece to setpiece with combat and puzzle sections. It certainly would've made for a meatier game.
There's also an issue with the framerate in some of the more intense sections, but that can probably be attributed to me playing in the PS 3.
I do appreciate the work of Cyber Connect 2, and I'm glad they were able to step away from pumping out endless Naruto games for a bit to work on something so visually appealing. But I think that if this were any other company developing the exact same product, I would've passed on this game.
Oh well.
Puzzle sections are just blatant Filler. I liked how Asuras Wrath focused first and foremost on creating a cinematic experience without using filler. The game ended up a little short as a resort, but it's better to be short and epic rather than stall for time just so the player feels like he played enough hours. It makes replays of the game much more bearable.
Full Battle ModeI felt making it as cinematic as possible was the best. Made for a memorable experience: although from what I played, I agree that the gameplay could be made meatier.
Lord knows how much I'd pay to see Asura go against Angry Joe, Benson or Ghost in a battle....

I think the framerate Issues were fixed for the update patch that came out when Part IV Nirvana was released Via DLC.
Watch SymphogearThere are MISSIONS!? Good lord!
Also did anyone else cringe at Evil Ryu receiving the mother of all groin attacks?
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987All I can say about that was: KINNIKU BUSTER!

A friend of mine showed me this. It's the perfect theme for Chakravartin.
I am the arm.Achievement for Lost Episode 2 went up. MY BODY IS READY.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987I wonder what akuma is gonna do, since ryu had to gain the power to breath in space and do strength and endurance feats similar to any Asura's Wrath Character to go up against Asura? With Akuma being many times stronger than Evil Ryu, just imagine how they'll exaggerate him in Lost Episode 2 (Especially if Oni crawls his way into the episode).
Watch SymphogearDude can already survive walking on the ocean floor for extended periods of time. There's really not much else they can do. XD
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987You know what an Updated Re Release of the game could use? More lost episodes where Asura fights everyone that Capcom can get the license to. Any Badass anime and video game characters from japan that Asura could fight, maybe have a few fights have him in his destructor form and he fights Humongous Mecha like Getter Robo, Gurren Lagann, and many others, or his humanoid destructor form/ Karma fortress Mantra reactor form fight characters like the Pretty Cure or Kamen Rider's.
It woul dbe awesome, and I'm sure anime and manga fans would buy the updated game like candy.

Watch SymphogearSo illogical... BUT SO AWESOME!!!
Full Battle ModeEven as Statues, they still want to beat each other up.
Watch SymphogearAsura vs Phoenix Wright
Take my money, Capcom.
Artificial Intelligence is no match for Natural Stupidity.I would love to see what other DLC Capcom and Cyber Connect 2 can come up with next since it says To be Continued At the Very end of their battle.
Maybe some more lost episodes?
Watch SymphogearI can see a possible scenario involving Megaman. 500 years is a long time.
