Panthro/Thundertank shippers: 3, 2, 1, GO!
Or possibly Beau Billingslea, voice actor for Cowboy Bebop's Jet Black.

I think it would have been cool to hear Dean Redman AKA Dutch from Black Lagoon
Untitled Power Rangers StoryUh...
How does he still have his nunchuks?
Were the ones seen in episode 1 fake?
I have a message from another time...He built a massive cat tank with a laser cannon in the mouth, so it's not hard to imagine Panthro made some new 'chuks too.

True.
But this is a welcome surprise! I thought I'd have to wait another week to see him.
I have a message from another time...Preview time :D

Awesome Badass Adorable plant people!
Anyone else getting a "Horton Hears A Who" vibe from the Petalars?
I was actually think of How The Grinch Stole Christmas, but yeah.
Less than 24 hours. Apparently, Petalars have a life span of just one day.

...Just how long are the Thundercats going to stay in that forest, exactly?
I have a message from another time...A little while back Dante Basco said he'd gotten a role in this show. Anyone have any idea who he may have been cast as?
This is just a guess but I think that clip of Panthro showing up and being toatlly awesome is the very, very end of the episode. Like, after that clip is done it's time to role credits.
Here. This is obviously going to come up a lot. If anyone needs to see an episode they can take a look here. Usually is updated by saturday morning. It's where I watch them cause stupid Cartoon Network doesn't air in Canada.

Is last week's episode on Youtube or anything? I missed it and it doesn't look like there's a rerun.
I've got two guns pointed west and a broken compass.Preview images here: http://www.thundercatslair.org/2011/08/preview-images-from-episode-4-song-of-the-petalars/
So, Quirky Mini Boss Squad of lizards, cool.

I was wondering why the Petalar said Lion O had been with him his only life and that the thundercat's had been their allies for a long time
this episode is now really dipressing now that I knoew that the all the petaler's we meet in the episode are going to die by the end
You know the lizards are gonna have a hard time explaining what happened, "Yeah we got them surrounded, but then this bunch of walking flowers attacked us with pixie dust". Still, bad ass flowers.
I can't have you close, so I become a ghost and I watch you, I watch you.I have found one person who believes this episode will be lame just because there are now flower people. This saddens and irritates me.
Stuff them, flowers are awesome! Poor petlars, to only live 24 hours. Many flowers bloom for only a day but the plant keeps growing and making more...
This series is great, I just wish it wasn't based on something older that I know nothing about.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Thank you. Don't worry too much about knowing the old series. There's only a very few plotlines that are being carried over (Thundera's destruction, Grune a traitor, and the annointment trials).
I am glad that the developers are doing a great job of streamlining the whole thing. If you didn't watch the old series, you wouldn't know how disconnected many of these elements were. Grune was a rogue Thundercat ghost from long ago that was in only three episodes. The Book of Omens didn't appear until the third season. The mutants were from a different planet and had little motivation other than being evil. And of course now Mumm-Ra is connected too. This way, the new show is able to create a much more coherent mythology while still retaining all the familiar stuff.
I wonder if the other mutant races (monkey, vulture, and jackal) have as big a grudge against the Cats as the lizards do.

In that Image you linked I sort of saw the old mutants in them
The one on the ground looks a bit like Simmian, The one in the front with the long neck looks Like Vulture man, and the one behind Slythe I just going to say takes the place of Jackelman
while this is no doubt not true I just felt like saying it
I actually was thinking the same thing. I guess that since the other Mutants are going to be bigger threats this time, the creators decided to give Slithe some new minions to boss around.
Ah, I thought that's what they meant. The Thundercats have been with him his whole life because they have short lives.
I have a message from another time...but I did not know they had sort lives until after I saw that clip
I don't really want a Quirky Miniboss Squad. We haven't even really gotten to know the main characters properly, and yet the episodes are overwhelming us with guest stars. The character development is lacking.
The Petalars are mega-cute though, and I like their concept.
Some preview images of "Song of the Petalars" from the guy who leaked nine minutes of the premiere: Lion-O and a chameleon..◊
Chameleon cloaked.◊
Also, a truly badass spoiler clip: Panthro lives!
