Rocket Science started this game here. But unfortunately, he has fallen unresponsive to communication and thus the game stopped.
As the game has proved really fun and there were several more players interested, but missed the start, thus I'm starting this "snowclone" thread.
The original thread has a colourful introduction along with a live example of how awesomely ridiculous this game gets, so go read it to decide whether or not you are interested. I'm just going to repost the actual rules with some additions.

• You have 24 hours to play a card, or your turn is forfeit.
  • If you have no playable cards in your hand, make one and continue on.
  • During each turn you make a card and send it to me for it to be dealt at the next turn (you can send more, of course).
• I will also add some cards of my own making into the mix, so the basic obligations to fill up the deck are not strictly necessary.
• Cards do exactly what they say. You cannot edit, update, replace or errata a card.

You can join the game at any time, just send in the starting batch of cards.

The game starts after a couple of days from this post. To start playing you have to indicate yourself by posting here and send me at least six cards. Cards must be 300x400 pixels (portrait) or 350x300 pixels (landscape), any methods of image storage are acceptable, but uploading them to tvtropes is more convenient. After all cards are delivered to the deck, I will shuffle them and deal them to the players. Turn order is decided by sign-up order.

Are we permitted to recycle cards we submitted to the last game in our submitted six?

How exactly do we "send you cards"? What goes on them? Why do the pictures need to be certain sizes? What happens after we give them to you? Sorry, I have a lot of questions.

Send me the links to them in a PM. Pretty much anything, see the thread I linked in the first post for examples. For style (and it's not only the picture on the card, it includes the text of the effect). After that, I send every player a random set of them, then you play with them; see the thread I linked in the first post for an example of how it went..

You don't. Just put whatever you feel will be fun to see played. The utter chaos that ensues during the game is part of the point.

Making cards now. When are they due?

There is no deadline yet - it's only the beginning of gathering the players. I'll put a deadline after I'll think that there are enough players and no one more want to join immediately. But for now the game is just waiting, there is a lot of time.

I'm making one right now. Should I send it to you when it's done right away?

There isn't any real reason to do it - there isn't any king of pre-moderation on cards, pretty much anything goes. And anyway, I'm going to sleep, so I'll not see it any time soon =)

Oh, right - for the benefit if people who don't have forum gingerbread enabled, I am Awe Striker. If you see me doing stuff on his turn, that's why.
