it would be epic if the final boss was Ego The Living Planet as well.

Nah, Super Kami Guru is too weak for the toriko verse, as it is now.

He didn't. The Four Beast limbs were beaten so badly last time that it decided to come itself this time. He just figured out about the "main body" at some point afterwords.

So I've been reading through the series recently and the last like 5 guys that they have fought outside of Toriko after learning food honor, have been defeated with a combo attack. So I'm going to assume that this thing is going to be taken down by a combo attack using all four of their power sets, although how they will combine is not well known to me.

The fact that the four beast is considered just a regular monster in the gourmet world is insane.

Eh. The rate at which something gets ridiculously over-the-top really isn't important. Its about how well it does it.

And It does it well.

It's still insane.

I'll admit Toriko's ascent into ludicrousy has been pretty organic to the story. I'm just saying that Dragon Ball taking longer to get there wasn't a point against it.
