Can't believe it took me until now to notice this. Well, given my Chinese heritage...

Mostly green tea, although I've been branching out to other types. It's gotten to the point where the majority of the drinks I have on any given day are going to be green or herbal tea. (pats electric kettle in room)

I apparently go through tea at an alarming rate for an American...

Family: WE JUST BOUGHT SOME. WTF.

Me: I drink it a lot D:

Family: RAAARGH.

-family sees that I sometimes use multiple bags because I like my tea very strong-

Family: THE FUCK IS THIS.

Me: MY TEA IS TOO WEAK SAUCE.

Family: RAAARGH.

-family sees that I sometimes use 'unusual' methods to preparing my tea because of the strongness and heat issue-

Family: ..............?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me: ...so yeah. Want some Chai spice?

-family sees the lattes I make-

Family: WHAT ARE YOU AND WHY?!

Me: TEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~!!!

Never could get into Chai, honestly. Too strongly flavoured for my liking.

Just leaves and bags.

I got some whole leaf gunpowder green today for my birthday along with some red tea called rooibos tea which is made from...well...rooibos. This will be a treat! I've never had a red tea before!

I had rooibos tea. It's drinkable, but I didn't much like it. Personal preference, I suppose.

Hmm. This red tea stuff is good stuff. A strange taste and smell, but a very pleasant one.

Mint tea is lovely. I like mine with honey.

It's wonderful with honey. A few days ago I got a cuppa when I was sitting down for lunch with my dad while driving through Canada, and I instantly felt golden. Talk about a damned good cuppa tea.

Red tea is unbelievably fabulous.

But then so is black tea, and white tea, and green tea, and rainbow-colored tea once somebody invents it.

I don't know what I'd do without my Irish Breakfast every morning (and Vanilla Chai on Saturdays). Coffee's all right in a fix, but tea ... is just tea, that's all.

We Irish LOVE tea. My tea mug is a massive one that my sister brought me as a souvenir; it can hold just over a pint.

I actually have jasmine tea quite a lot. A few months ago, I also managed to get my hands on a bag of rooibos. It was actually pretty good.

Tea is one of my favorite things. I was raised drinking cheap tea, so I'm not very demanding. I don't have a favorite kind, I drink different varieties depending on the situation. Milk tea for pastries, sugarless black tea for drinking alone, black tea with sugar for bread, aromatic tea for romantic, etc.

There isn't much variety in local shops, so I haven't tried any loose tea other than Earl Grey and English Breakfast. The later was stronger than coffee and very bitter, so I guess I brewed it wrong.

I also drink some things that should make me ashamed, like Nestea and AriZona Iced Tea when there's no normal tea around or it's the weather is not suitable for it.

I don't see why you'd feel ashamed of drinking bottled or canned iced teas. Tea is tea, and there are tons of varieties whether it's iced or not. I don't drink iced tea because I don't like it, but I don't have a problem with people having different tastes. That's just my opinion, though.
