Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. Are the RULES of the first round of the game relevant?
Yes, in that I've more or less adhered to all of them as far as possible (read: this song is legal).
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.<Shrugs> Inner Universe?
Nope.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. The hints say it isn't, but just in case:
Is the anime Astro Boy? (Yes, I'm interpreting the hint like that)
Does the anime have "Genesis" in its title? (NGE isn't the only mecha series to use that word, after all)
Does the song have "Genesis" in its title?
My standard Anime Theme song game variant rules: [Censored by ACTA]Is it Sousei no Aquarion? If not, I'm going back to the list to search for whatever else it could be.
EDIT: I hope that's it, I couldn't find anything else, and I don't feel like going through the list again.

Congratulations, zfish9! And finally! It is, in fact, Sousei no Aquarion / Genesis Of Aquarion.
0: Ai, narashite!
Explanation: "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth." Genesis 1:1. Now, feel free to tell me which hints I got wrong.

Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.... You suck.
God Knows you are right.
-_-
Anime Krugman is not amus-actually, judging by his expression, he probably is.
Hurray for process of elimination and having too much time on my hands to work that out!
As for hints you got wrong, MAL says that there's a manga adaption, but they both came out in 2005, and I have no clue which came first. I haven't seen the anime either, so all I can say is that they were accurate enough for me to name it.
Anyway, next round!
Round 478
Hint: What's with all the trippy flowers?
The anime...
- Was not made on drugs Nor is it listed on the page.'
- It's also not a Disney Acid Sequence, nor is it listed on the page.
The song...
- Is not the opening to Fractale.

Is it the OP to Fractale?
Harinezumi or whatever the song is called.
edited 26th May '12 9:00:28 PM by TheyCallMeTomu
What Do You Mean It Wasnt Madeon Drugs? No (as in it wasn't and it's not on the page)
Disney Acid Sequence? Again no.
Is it the OP to Fractale? Nope.
edited 26th May '12 9:08:31 PM by Zfish9
Is this a play on words? as in "It's a trip" as in travel, rather than trippy as in acid?
Are there ACTUAL flowers in the song animation?
Song title?
Yes, it's Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, with only 4 hints.
Blast it all!
If it makes you feel any better Tomu, I know you'll win one of my next few rounds with a one hint wonder.
You'll probably run the round while I'm asleep -_-
Re: Sousei No Aquarion, I'm pretty sure the anime came first, as ANN lists no equivalent manga. (There's one for Aquarion EVOL, though.)
