No and no.

& I'm almost certain One Day More is the only crowd song that features all four main characters... Marius first sings in Look Down, and Cosette doesn't sing at all in the second act until Javert is already dead.

Huh...I stand corrected. Although I was referring to the main melody (Don't you fret, M'sieur Marius / I don't feel any pain / A little fall of rain / Can hardly hurt me now...)

But no, it's still not it.
