What index(es) should this go on?

Does The Binding of Isaac actually go in Platform Hell? What's Platform-y about it?

If you check Platform Hell you'll see a mod was intented to be indexed instead.

But I'd argue the entire non-platformer has no place to be there except for minigames.

Heyo! I just made a page for ComicBook.The Lord Of The Rings and only realized afterwards that I completely forgot to figure out which indexes it should go on first. So, I ask you - any suggestions for indexes?

ETA: I've added it to Comic Books of the 1970s, but are there any more ideas?

Fantasy Comic Books, High Fantasy, and Dark Fantasy? LOTR books are in the latter two genre indexes.

If the work is an adaptation, a good way to find images is by looking at the indexes the source material is in.

In my quest to fix Fighter, Mage, Thief, I wondered if the Three Approach System trope I launched years back was under exposed so I would love to see what indexes other than Video Game Tropes and Rule of Three it would fall under.

Guys, I'm sorry, but I don't understand how to turn my just launched Anthology Series into an index. Can anyone help?

See Page Info Page Type at the right (bottom on mobile), edit and checkmark "does indexing", then do any edit on page.

If that fails you can put [index] tags around the list.

@Malady: Thanks, that fits. I also added Three Approach System to the Tabletop Game Tropes index as it already has board game examples in it, so it fits.

I recently launched Living Ghost, and put it on Haunted Index. Is there any other it could fit?

ETA: I think I'll put it on Magic and Powers. Does anyone think Stock Super Powers Index could fit?

I can think of super-character examples, but I don't know that I'd consider it a stock superpower.

Maaaayyyybeee interacial sexual horror?? But it seems so tenuous. I wouldn't be against removal.

Pink Is Erotic was on there, too. They were added by the same person. Maybe they meant to put them on / mistook it for a sexuality index. I just removed them both.

Made a page for the upcoming Time Traveler Tales - are there any other indexes I should add this to?

Dark Horse's site markets it as an all-ages series, but I'm not sure if that really warrants adding it to Children's Comics...

Stumbled upon Act Promptly, which has zero crosswicks. No idea what indices a show like this would go on; Improv isn't an index of works-which-are-improv, even though it probably should be. (Another 2009 page problem, I suppose.)

Open-Minded Parent should be in Queer as Tropes I believe. Most of the examples are often about parents being accepting/open about their child being queer.

I agree with that, although I'd note so in the added laconic. Kinda like this:

• Open-Minded Parent: Parents who are cool with their kids being queer/different.

That way, it still acknowledges that it can include situations other than queerness.

I removed Back That Light Up from This Index Glows because it has more to do with technical aspects of the medium changing the coloring than lights. As such, I'm insecure about whether to remove it from Lighting Tropes.

The technical aspects are usually how the "screen" is lit differently depending on the device it's on. For example, painting something and thus subjecting it to the area's natural lightning makes the hues look different than if it was put on a screen. And on a screen, it can be lit from behind or the front —which then again, modifies the color palette and, sometimes, the lightning.

That's why I don't know quite what to do.

Also, should I index it under Amazing Technicolor Index? Is there an index that deals with the coloring (aka color palettes) of a setting?

What index should I put my work page aside from Philippine Films? I got a message saying my work page My Amnesia Girl doesn't have an index and I should put it there.
