Heh, oh yeah.

I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Have the second half of Copse / Pitch up, for the curious. It has candy-wrapper feedback!
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Alright, I think I've finally found a name I can stick with for my "assorted musical endeavors". Maybe.

There are snakes in the grass, so we'd better go hunting!I just use Audacity to edit my dad's computer music to suit each of my character's 'voices'
In an anime, I'll be the Tsundere Dark Magical Girl who likes purple MY own profile is actually HERE!Rough drafts of Fruit Based Religion.
All the songs are currently instrumental, and only the first has even that entirely finished, but it's getting there.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....I'm a jamaican british emcee/lyricist inspired by the likes of MF DOOM,Shing02, Nujabes,Guru, The Specifics,Pete Rock and CL Smooth etc Alternative Hip-Hop is a label that I proudly carry as it Is the genre I find myself listening too. Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Double bleh.
Same as before. This is my first piece of music completely original.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature. So "Mike K" isn't in the running order anymore? Is it cool if I record vocals for it anyway and maybe put it on a future release of my own (while giving you credit for the music of course)? I love that track, and it's literally made for me.
Buh?
No, it's still on the album. It must just not be in that zip file. .__.'
whoopsie.
Anyway, two of my own albums (an old one, at the bottom, and a newer one at the top) can be found on this non-website.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....I've done it, I have semi-successfully made a decent sounding cover of "Summer In the City" by The Lovin' Spoonful using my digital keyboard to replicate the four instruments of the Fighting 4s, a fictional band I created as part of one of my stories, I repeat Acoustic Guitar, Synthesizer, Drums, and a Tenor Saxophone.
HERE IS THE KARAOKE VERSION OF MY WONDROUS DRAFT
Now I'm going to go play Mass Effect whilst I ponder how I replicate this miracle for "Take On Me"
The Blog The ArtIs there a point where one should just acknowledge, "I'm no good at this instrument, I will never be any good at this instrument and I ought to throw it away"? That's kind of where I am with this guitar at the moment.
That's the wrong approach to it. Nobody is inherently bad at music. Just practice like hell.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Maybe so. It just don't recall haven't this much trouble learning the piano or the saxophone.
Well I haven't played the guitar, but I know people who do, and I play the violin, and the things I've seem to indicate this:
Piano, OK. Saxophone, OK. I think stringed instruments are just in their own league, as while a piano has lots of keys with lots of different sounds, the only way to change the pitch or tone in a violin or guitar is to use your fingers. Whether your fingers are low down, or high up, it sounds different
I would go so far to say that stringed instruments can be very fiddly, whereas with the piano it's quite straightforward.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature. My guitar teacher does say that I expect too much of myself. Told me I'm not accustomed to being crap (although he put it a bit more tactfully). I guess he's right.
Purely accidental my good fellow.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature. No musical talent to speak of here — the only instrument I can play with any skill is drums. Doesn't stop me from coming up with occasional ideas... thank God for Noteflight. The thing I find most irritating about these ideas is that very few of them blossom into full-blown musical pieces; most of them just start off as interesting instrumental riffs, and I make no more progress than that. I've never gotten further than a basic demo track with anything I've written.
That said, here's a few demos I'm actually slightly proud of, uploaded to Soundcloud:
Mochajava (Could probably serve as the basis for an extended improvisation, but I don't have the jazz chops for that.)
Three A.M., Last Dance (I've since adopted this as the 'theme' to a novel I'm working on.)
Nines Last Dance (Not a Doctor Who reference, but a companion piece to the previous one. It started off as a different piece called 'To The Nines', but changed when I realized I could fit a variation of the Last Dance riff over it.)
Way Down (I've written a lot of riffs and hooks, but this is the only thing I've ever written that gets close to an actual song. Not sure I like this as much as I used to — it's never progressed beyond the demo stage, and I can't for the life of me stay on fucking key when I sing.)

Never posted in the forum before...
So, uh, here goes?
I have some songs on youtube, most of which are very early works-in-progress that I've since been working heavily on since I uploaded them, and I have A LOT of other work that I haven't uploaded yet, due to being a bit of a perfectionist.
Regardless, here are a few of my songs:

See my channel for some of my other stuff, including films and other miscellaneous videos, even though some of the older videos are admittedly something of an Old Shame for me.

I have no musical talent to speak of, but I've done several covers of U2 songs on the guitar:
All plucking and strumming were done by hand. I can't play very well with pickies >\\\\\\<

Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science.I've been known to sing on occasion, although I'm out of practice. And I used to play the violin (but ditto).
So, my band has a gig. If you scroll down, I'm the idiot with the umbrella.
P.S. To speak of the description, the "almost" must be emphasised.
