Infinity Blade is gorgeous, albeit essentially one long sequence of (thankfully variable) QT Es, the best there is to show off the graphical powers of your iDevice.

On a more serious note, I mostly emulate stuff, so the only i-games I have installed besides the aforementioned are Cut the Rope (nice puzzler!), Doom II RPG and Wolfenstein RPG - those were great on Windows Mobile, but are even better here.

Videogames do not make you a worse person... Than you already are.

ah Cut The Rope, it's what You Have To Burn The Rope should of been.

haven't played Infinity Blade as it's like eight bucks but I might get it if it's good. I'm from Australia so it's not like I'm not used to having to take out a mortgage to pay for video games anyway.

I really enjoy Angry Birds, though I was never very good at physics games.

I gave the iPhone version of Sonic The Hedgehog 4 a whirl a couple weeks ago. It was... okay, I suppose.

I actually find music production and productivity apps to be the most entertaining things to do on an iPhone but there's a couple of games which have been promising.

Galaxy On Fire is showing the Spess Shooter is definitely not dead.

Also Hector: Badge of Courage is a fucking hilarious old school point and click adventure game.

I'm a pretty big fan of Aurora Feint. It's a lot like Meteos with gravity flip shenanigans instead of tiles blasting off.

Cut the Rope, Angry Birds, Doodle God.

Except for 4/1/2011. That day lingers in my memory like...metaphor here...I should go.

I love their version of Peggle. It's the same as the PC version, and worth buying a second time.

I'm up for joining Discord servers! PM me if you know any good ones!

HOLY CRAP IT'S LIKE SOMEONE DISCOVERED THE POINT

Also, I recently got Peggle on the iPod Touch. So addicting and fun.

Peggle's fun, but I had played the levels before and don't feel like shelling out $3 for Nights.

Solomon's Keep is a great game and worth the cost.

I just got an iPod Touch for Christmas, whoop whoop. I had actually downloaded a few apps years ago on my dad's handed-down first-gen iPhone, which were mildly fun but didn't run too well on the first-gen — they were Brothers in Arms and Assassin's Creed II: Discovery, and now they're smooth as butter on the current-gen iPod. I'm currently in a place where I can't download more games so I'm stuck with those at the moment.

Discovery is interesting — it actually feels like a cross between Assassin's Creed and...Sonic. Ezio runs really fast and it feels like there's a lot of emphasis on taking the highest and fastest route through the level. It's got an interesting slider directional control too that actually works pretty well for a 2D platformer. The stealth missions are really annoying, though — get discovered four times, which is ridiculously hard to avoid, and you fail.

Brothers in Arms is...eh, it's got an interesting control scheme for a third-person shooter on the iPhone. I'm pretty sure they've released games since then that have refined it, though.

Does anyone have the iPhone version of Peggle? Is it worth it?

Square Enix made this little RPG called Song Summoner, and I rejoiced. Don't be fooled by the demo version, the later maps are actually pretty intense.

They also made this interesting RPG (in collaboration with Media.Vision) called Chaos Rings, which seems to be your typical turn-based dungeon-crawling RPG that's actually rather difficult, but also seems to have four scenarios and an interesting duo team-up mechanic (each scenario has two characters that can team up to perform one strong action in battle, but then run the risk of them both being attacked simultaneously).
