In general, when playing a multiplayer game, there will always be that person who camps, or mashes buttons, or makes rules even though it's not their house.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Rules stink...
Randomness forever...
Smash Bros. = Random
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.No, rules are good. An injection of mild randomness can make things interesting but too often or too much and things break down to the point where you may as well just be rolling dice and nothing else.
I sure said that! The thing about campers and button-mashers is that they're not going to win that way unless their opponents are very unskilled.
It's sort of a self-solving issue since they either get better or just give up.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Who's to say people who camp are automatically unskilled...?
Randomness vouches for it to not necessarily be either-or.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Camping is usually a crutch unless you're playing a pretty specialized character, though.
I sure said that!Because it's not an effective strategy, at least in the context of SSB.
If they're a Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass who is just trying to trick you into letting down your guard that'd be one thing, but I'm assuming that they're camping because it's the best strategy they can muster, in which case yeah, they're unskilled.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I don't think I'm that skilled at the game, but I don't camp simply because that's a boring way to play.
Is that a Wocket in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?I like the sound of that...it's good description.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Pulse: Having rules are good.
It's mostly being "You can't do this" when the person saying it is not the person who owns the game that is being played.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!It takes a certain talent to be able to consistently win games by timeout using Sonic (basically requiring Sonic to be played in the campy style) which a rather notable Smash 4 player is capable of doing.
Why use Sonic for that?
Someone with superb air control would be better...
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I think you're underestimating its effectiveness.
Spin Dash + Shield is hard to deal with and Sonic can Spring Jump away if feeling pressured.
Should I be angry at you for linking me to that, or myself for watching the whole thing?
It's a great irony that Sonic dittos are among the slowest matchups in this game.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805Man, so much hatred going on for that video. Look at the dislike bar!
As a Greninja main I really hate dealing with Sonic and I've played Wrath before though it was a long time ago. But really, the guy is playing to win so I won't blame him for using a winning strategy.
Civil War just finished taking place this weekend and...wow what an amazing tourney. I have never seen so many high level Shulk players in one sitting, and even a Link made it to Top 8, taking out Abadango in the process!
Here are some moments of the upsets taken there
i was on team esam all the way
falcon and link for top tier
ESAM pop off. just look how cinematic it is.
All that the light touches will be a good matchup for pikachu
Breath of the Wild looks great
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeNot just top 8; Link made THIRD PLACE. Way higher than I was expecting T to get, major props.
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorI love how the title is styled like the Marvel Comics logo.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!I didn't watch the tournament but I sure saw the reactions to it. Link in top 3, that's pretty wild.
Honestly ZeRo being taken out so early was what surprised me the most.
Yeah, Zero already said beforehand if you made it out of pools, its the same as winning a regional/major because of all the international threats that came to fight.
