Anyways, for Super Smash Bros, we have the Multiplayer thread for that, so just post there so it can be added to the OP.
EDIT:Also, that new patch for the 3DS seems to have done wonders for Palutena. I've been seeing a lot more of her online than I used to.

Bring someone who prefers more balanced characters, Lucina is indeed better for me than Marth is. I guess it all comes down to personal preference.
Like in All-Star Mode for 3DS, alts of the characters can appear instead of that character (like the Koopalings for Bowser Jr., Female Robin for Male Robin, etc.). Unlike All-Star Mode for 3DS, the indications that you've beaten the character shows the default character instead of the alt.
Also, the stage choices for both All-Star Modes seems to be geared to give you as tough a fight as possible as you get to the latter parts of All-Star Mode.
That's subjective opinion. There's nothing wrong with an opinion like that, but if we look at it objectively, Marth is better.

Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!Yeah, having an advantage like better damage at the top of the blade does help. Since I usually don't reallyattack at the required range for that though, I'm better with Lucina. Again, subjective. It all depends on the player.
So anyways, what character are you guys maining again?

Yeah. That makes you better with Lucina, but also bad with the style that Marth and Lucina promotes.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!I main Greninja, as I'm infamously known for
I'm maining Yoshi I guess? I like Yoshi and I like playing with him, so, probably, yeah. I think i might actually be better with Toon Link, but for some reason I don't really want to play Toon Link a lot, and I'd like to main Pikachu but I still think his abilities are subpar and he's certainly hurt pretty badly by lag... I'm doing pretty well with Bowser, too?
I dunno, considering the only thing I've really been playing with anyone is Random matches with Pulse, it might be a little silly for me to talk about mains.
What exactly is their style of play?
Keeping your opponents at sword's length.
I main...Toon Link who has replaced Mr. G&W as my secondary character to use in the Serious matches.
Kirby is my go to/primary main...now that I've gotten use to his Changed Side B and the Delay of both activating & Deactivating his Down B.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.
Basically that.
(Which BTW is kind of why Roy was bad in Melee.)

Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!Duck Hunt was an easier unlock fight this time around. Lucina's been toughest, so far, beat my Pac-Man.
... now that I think about it, is it just me or are both Kirby and Pikachu pretty subpar this game? Because if so, that's actually kinda funny in a way. In Smash 64, they were among the best, in Melee, among the worst, in Brawl, among the best...
... okay, I guess Kirby was mediocre in Brawl. Welp, there goes the one good thing about it.

My main would be Link, with Ike and Fox as secondaries. Trying to pick up Shulk and Robin, but I'm only vaguely competent with Shulk and I'm really sloppy with Robin. Haven't quite picked up their play styles quite yet.
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/lb_i.php?lb_id=13239183440B34964700 Alfric's Fire Emblem Liveblog Encyclopedia!Kirby is Good in this game, mang.
What are you talkin' bout?
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I main Dark Pit currently (at least on the 3DS version; I don't have the Wii U version yet and things might change there). He was just the first character that really clicked with me, and aesthetically I prefer him over normal Pit (plus I'm more used to his arrows and the Electroshock Arm; Pit's arrows throw me off quite a bit).
I'm still trying to find my secondaries. I started with Lucina, but I've also dabbled with King Dedede and Shulk and will probably start playing around with Fox in the future.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!I dunno, mang! It's just my impression and what I hear! That's why I asked.
Actually I should play as him more. Kirby's a cute little thingamajigg.

Ah, I see.
Yeah, I am a noob at that sort of stuff. If I was better at keeping my opponents at sword length, Marth would indeed be used by me a lot more. As it stands though, Lucina is my best character.
Though Zero Suit Samus and Link are my other two "mains".

The best thing you can do with Kirby is land a Down Air on someone, dragging them to the ground and score a few free hits by doing some Up Tilts as soon as you hit the ground.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.I usually go for Captain Falcon and ZSS online, though I find I'm okay with Charizard and Pikachu, who was also a main back when I played 64.
I'm still going with R.O.B. and Duck Hunt as my main-est mains, though I'm trying to dabble a bit with everyone.
Besides Pikachu, I mean.
I sure said that!As far as newcomers go, I've been practicing with Robin, Greninja, and Shulk, but I'm finding myself even more proficient with good ol' Wario than I was in Brawl. So I'd consider him my main at the moment.
Still need to clear Classic on 9.0, though. I just can't beat Master Edges without getting bumped down to 8.5 or 8.0. The other forms are all jokes.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Have you been practicing using the Wario Bike as a pseudo-projectile? It's not great as an attack but is very good as a distraction.
I sure said that!I main mostly Greninja and Lucina, using Meta Knight and Doctor Mario as a close second. Meta Knight not as good as in Brawl (thank God) but he's still fun to play. I'm decent with the others.
The only one I can't play for the life of me is Olimar.

In the year 202X, all is devastation... Soon, any last shred of hope had by the saintliest optimist shall die and decay.
Lucina's primary advantage is in being easier for newcomers to handle, who are probably the players that are most likely to choose her anyway.
And for those people who just can't improve at fighting games to the point of getting anything precise even after playing them for 900+ hours, like me.
MMORPGs are serious business.
