Just remembered that Multi-Man mode pulls Miis from your collection. I only had one, so I made a few more based on random video game characters. But then I got a better idea.
Unflattering caricatures of college professors.
I've actually liked most of mine (or at least didn't mind them), so it'd be more for laughs than out of any actual negativity. Still too good an idea to pass up.

Oh yeah! I forgot it did that.
Sweet, I'll be able to be Link fighting against Voldemort and Slenderman. That'll be fun.
"We're home, Chewie."I've got three members of AKB 48, a few of the official Nintendo bigwigs' Miis, and poor ol' Inafune, plus a few other Tropers' Miis I imported from the StreetPass plaza after playing Pokemon or Kid Icarus online with 'em.
I sure said that!I mean, fingers crossed, but Sakurai's been very hesitant to include stuff from Kirby games he wasn't responsible for. The list right now is literally just Kirby's new Final Smash and a subpar version of the music used for the 02 fight in Kirby 64.
I sure said that!It was nearly as impressive as it should have been, honestly. Like, it wasn't terrible, but of all the songs on Halberd, it was probably the worst that wasn't imported directly from Amazing Mirror.
I sure said that!Whoa, multi-man mode uses your Miis?! AWESOME!!!!!
I'm hoping for some Kirby 64 tracks, those were pretty memorable for me.

Even with these awkward wings, dyed with images that seem to stay. I'm sure we can fly, on my love! 3DS Friend Code: 2809-9138-8756It's a good song but it's not a good remix; the original was better. I feel like the remix misses a lot of the melancholic tone of the original in favor of death metal.
The Brawl version of Marx's theme also sounds weird. It's alien and creepy sounding instead of majestic and intense like the original.
The boss medley is good, though.
On that note, 02 isn't the only song from non-Sakurai games. There's also music ripped from Amazing Mirror, the Squeaks' theme, and the fifth song in the boss medley is the boss music from Squeak Squad as well.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!March of the Pink Soldier didn't really fit for a fighting game, not even as a remix.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Ah, right.
So, a whole three and a quarter songs and one Final Smash are the things from non-Sakurai Kirby games in Smash!
I sure said that!Eh, the lack of songs could also just be that Sakurai doesn't want to over involve his own franchise, remember?
Even with these awkward wings, dyed with images that seem to stay. I'm sure we can fly, on my love! 3DS Friend Code: 2809-9138-8756I somehow feel like Smash For WiiU will most likely have a Return to Dreamland stage, since it is a recent title and is a bit more major than what was out at the time of Brawl. (Squeak Squad was the most recent at the time, I think?) Kirby's change of Final Smash seems to lend to that a little.
a.k.a. Cly, that one girl who doesn't post here much anymore Something something YI = SMW 2 = SMB 5.No, he seems to like including stuff he is personally responsible for much more than anything else from the series. The Kirby series gets almost all its representation from Dreamland, Adventure and Superstar.
I sure said that!@Pulse: Three and two-fifths, now that I think about it. The boss medley also has the miniboss theme from 64.
I should also point out that there are stickers and trophies from non-Sakurai Kirby games as well.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! But very little that is shown in the main parts of the game. Kirby, Meta Knight and King Dedede's moves are all derived either from Sakurai's Kirby games or are Smash originals, for example.

I sure said that!So with the release of Smash Brothers in the US only a few days away we'll probably start seeing secret characters appearing on the site. I wonder who they'll do first.
After playing the demo a bit I decided to try out the training room trick. I was experimenting with Mega Man and I discovered something. Normally his buster shots do 2 points of damage but if you fire them close enough so the buster is partially inside the enemy they do 3 points on the ground and 4 in the air. Not that mindblowing but it's something interesting to keep in mind. Strangely this doesn't affect the charged buster.
Probably extremely up close jab has a sweet spot, even though it looks really unsafe to do.
I would totally understand if neutral air had different damage from jab combo, since it's very unlikely you'll get all three shots to connect falling down.

DeerThe buster, true to form, maxes out at three shots at a time, and the third shot seems to do slightly more damage- 2% on the ground, as opposed to the 1% of the first two, at least, though I need to run a check on the air version.
I sure said that! The Air Neutral does some small knock back at low %-age.
Confused me a little when seeing Mario suddenly fly back after doing the Air-N.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Greninja's Up B man....
Just to clarify, the water does do minimal damage, but the entirety of the water is a windbox that pushes and doesn't launch people into hitstun. The momentum of Mario's jump plus the angle of the up B is what killed him. Think it as always having a max Fludd charge at your disposal that also propels you away from danger.

DeerMario kind of destroyed himself there, since he jumped up from the ledge at the same time.
I'm calling this a constellation of events, not just Greninja's Hydro Pump being awesome.
I sure said that!
Dude, I just mentioned the spoiler reminder. That includes unrevealed music. :/
