Prototype 2

HELLS YEAH!

Seriously, I loved the first. I tried three times to like inFamous by playing the demo, but it was too much like a typical Third-Person Shooter. Prototype was just awesome to me, though. Few games have ever made just moving from one spot on a map to another that fun. And the combat was the best of any Wide-Open Sandbox I've played.

Awesome! It was a little worrying there when they started laying off some of the devs at Radical, but knowing this game is definitely coming out is great news!

Let's see where they take this next game, and hopefully they'll pull an assassin's creed 2 and fix up all of the flaws to take a flawed but interesting original IP into a fantastic sequel.

I kind of hope they lose the hood in a sequel. It looks great on the assassin robes, but without a long coat tail to balance, it sort of makes Alex look top heavy. Plus, his hairdo looked really cool in the concept art (and it's not like really helps to disguise him).

One thing I really hope for, though, is more enemy variety.

In one of the stills I could've sworn that it was Mercer from behind without his hoodie on. Not sure if he was bald or if his hair was simply light coloured though.

The wallpaper is a HQ version of the still I was talking about. Seems like he's bald in this one.

Yay, no other game has helped me kill as many civilians in satisfying ways since Prototype.

Awesome in so many ways.

I'm hoping it does more than being a "city filled with zombies" game. It's the best of that type of game (in my opinion), but as a sequel it should be a little more, knaamean?

HELLS YEAH I shall be awaiting the 11th with great anticipation. Prototype was a good little slasher game but I'm sure Radical can fix, polish and hopefully add new powers to make this an Assassin's Creed 2.

Oh, fuck YES. I loved Prototype so damn much. Good to see that it's coming back.

With Pariah and the possibility of Mercer's sister (Dana, isn't it? It has been a while) getting infected, there are plenty of Sequel Hook in the first game so a sequel is just a matter of time and yeah, I REALLY looking forward to this.
