Well Summer Glau is my absolute favorite woman ever, so pretty much anything is beautiful! For the sake of the poll though, barefoot because she's so much more graceful that way.

I actually loved her big, clunky boots. They're the sorta thing I would put in a character design for a waif-like girl, because they emphasize the "waif" aspect.
Although she did seem more graceful barefoot, I'm gonna go with boots.

I'd have to say boots, if only because the squickiness of foot fetishism has left me with an aversion to bare feet. I'm not actually capable of seeing River as attractive or cute, though, since she reminds me too much of how disturbing it is to be around my mentally ill brother. Oddly, Summer's character in the 4400 didn't have that effect on me, despite actually being schizophrenic.

Oh, boots for me, definitely. I freakin' love River's boots, especially when she wore them with pretty, flowy skirts. In fact I love that style so much that I wear it pretty often.
