  • When a "Darklord" monster you control is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: That monster gains 500 ATK.

~~~~~
Darklord Babylon
Level 4/Dark/Fairy/Effect
0/2400
Once per turn, when a "Darklord" monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, it gains the following effect:
  • Switch this card's ATK and DEF.
~~~~~

Genex Ally Speeder

Level 4/Dark/Machine/Effect

1600/100

If you control a face-up "Genex Controller", you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. (You can only summon this card from your Graveyard with its own effect once per Duel.) Once per turn, you can declare a level between 3 and 6: This card becomes that level. This card may be substituted for any one Attribute Synchro Material monster listed on a "Genex" Synchro Monster. This card can only be used as a Synchro Material for "Genex" monsters, and cannot be used as Xyz or Fusion Material and cannot be Tributed.

  • Send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the destroyed monster's level.

  • Send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of "Iron Chain" monsters in your Graveyard.

Might have already these a while back. They probably needed an update anyways.

Level-Up Magic Momentum Force

  • Normal Spell
  • Tribute 1 Synchro monster you control; special summon from your extra deck 1 Synchro monster with the same Type but 1 level higher than the tributed monster. You can only activate 1 [THIS CARD] per turn.
  • Black Rose Dragon radiating with golden light.

Level-Up Magic Infinity Force

  • Normal Spell
  • Tribute 1 Synchro monster you control; special summon from your extra deck 1 Synchro monster with the same Attribute but with a level up to 2 levels higher than the tributed monster. Then, if your opponent controls a Synchro monster you can negate that monsters effects, take control of it and switch it to defense position. That monster cannot be used as Synchro, Fusion, or Xyz material, and cannot be tributed and it's position cannot be changed except by card effect. Once the monster summoned by thig card is removed from the field, control of all monsters on the field go to their original owners immediately. You can only activate 1 [THIS CARD] per turn.
  • Goyo Guardian forming a figure 8 with his lasso thing.

Obligatory Seventh One counterpart coming.

I think I remember seeing them before, yeah.

  • Miracle Synchron

You can only use the effect of "Miracle Synchron" once per duel.

Started trying to fix these up and make a few new ones, hopefully they're not too dumb. I think I might've gone overboard with the banishing, to be honest.

  • Psyborg Field Medic
  • Level 2/WATER
  • Psychic/Effect
  • 500/500
  • If this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points to add 1 of your banished Psychic-Type monsters to your hand.

  • Psyborg Soldier
  • Level 3/EARTH
  • Psychic/Effect

  • Psyborg Black Ops
  • Level 3/DARK
  • Psychic/Effect
  • 600/300

  • Field Promotion
  • Spell/Quick-Play
  • Banish 1 Psychic-Type monster you control; Special Summon from your hand or Deck, 1 *"Psyborg" monster whose Level is 1 higher than the Banished monster's. You can only activate 1 "Field Promotion" per turn.

  • Psyborg Artillery
  • Spell/Continuous
  • Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1; You can banish 1 "Psyborg" monster from your hand or graveyard to target 1 card your opponent controls: Destroy that target.

  • Psyborg Bunker
  • Spell/Continuous

Maybe change Conscription to banishing a monster, rather than just a card? Otherwise, they seem pretty well-balanced.

Cloudian - Cirrus

Level 4

This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is in defense position, destroy it. When this card is Normal Summoned, place Fog Counters on it equal to the number of "Cloudian" monsters on the field. I considered that, but...honestly, I'd be more likely to drop the cost entirely than do that, since...there are so many archetypes lately that have Reinforcement of the Army-esque cards with little to no cost.

True, but with the right cards, that cost can be mitigated or turned into a plus. Also, I'd like to create a few Psyborg cards. Is that OK with you?

[up][up][up]Go ahead.

Honestly, part of the reason I was considering ditching the cost is because...I'm not sure if I've balanced it correctly. Like you said, it's beneficial in some circumstances (which was kind of what I was going for, to be honest), but at the same time, unlike most other search spells, having it in your opening hand isn't the same as having whatever monster you want. Unless you happen to have a spell/hand trap you can (and want to) activate immediately.
