Going through the ENT reviews to compile a "best of" list and... man Chuck has several ebola jokes in there.

It's... kind of creepy right about now. I'm starting to wonder if he's some kind of sarcastic, pessimist prophet. He can only predict bad futures and only when unserious.

Today you've entered... the SFDebris zone.

Also I finished the ENT rewatch (I'm also cataloging the Captain's Councils).

The 'duckface' makeup job on these aliens... might just be the worst Star Trek prosthetic ever. They seem to know it, too, which is why nobody on that planet bothers to act. (Apart from James Read. His voice is clear as a bell, so it's not a question of their mouths being sewn up.)

Apart from that, this is actually one of the better two-parters the franchise produced. It's a great mystery and everybody's bringing their A-game, even Beltran.

I'm a skeptical squirrel

I can't take it anymore!!! Would someone PLEASE tell me what is with those 'All Hail The Overlord' bits at the end of the reviews? They're driving me crazy! AAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHH!!!

Also, "The Dick That Wouldn't Stop It" sounds like the title of a Hammer Films porno parody. I can totally see it:

An eccentric doctor suffering from impotence invents a serum that grants the patient inhuman sexual prowess and stamina, it gets tested on the male protagonist (a guy who hasn't slept with his fiancé, or indeed any woman, because he finds the whole thing too daunting) who develops a schwanzschtucker the envy of any man and the resilience to match it, but every time it's awoken it takes over his mind and transforms him into a hairy man-beast that literally thinks with it's genitals and takes him gallivanting across the countryside in search of tail. Some sex scenes, some wacky hijinx, and it ends with a cure and the hero and his fiancé married and on their honeymoon, where it turns out there were some lingering 'effects' from his time as The Dick That Wouldn't Stop It!!!

[up] Patreon rewards. Everyone who's overlord ranks gets one of those in a video, every month.

The "By decree of Janeway" bit at the start is for when the episode was the request of the person with the Janeway rank. The "By Decree of the Emperor" are for the two people who get monthly request for having the Emperor package on Patreon (Mine's the Terran Empire logo, dunno who is the Klingo Emperor).

He really sort of is. The Sith campaign more or less grinds to a halt when Revan is taken out. All he had to do to ensure the Star Forge wasn't taken out is destroy or move any of the star maps. All of them he had seen before. All of their locations were known to him, and in fact, one was on his empire's homeworld!

Malak was sort of very shit at his job.

[up][up]

Well yeah

Malak essentially treats EVERYTHING with the 'when all you got is a Hammer' approach.

Malak was at his best when he was a field commander and playing devil's advocate with Revan... Absolute authority pretty much ruined any of his tactical sense cause he took the We Have Reserves mentality

According to Goto in KOTOR 2, Malak's Sith Empire was economically unsustainable.

The Xbox UI looks weird. I played through the tutorial level at a friend's house years ago, but I'm so used to the PC version that it just looks off.

I wonder if he deliberately picked the "canon" appearance for the KOTOR 1 PC.

OH THAT EVENT

...-tries to remember-

Oh right he is playing the Xbox version >.>

The guy is suppose to be a Purple Twilek. -Yes that how glitched the Xbob version is... Wrong models everywhere... Mass effect had this problem-

anyway, He just jumps you outside the city with two dudes -it happens alot- and then when you beat him tries to goad Juhani into killing him... which you can either stop, and he curses that he died this way being shown mercy or... Let Juhani cave to her bloodlust.

Doesn't really amount to much other then Juhani having resolution... -this is before you could influence your parties alignment ala Kotor 2-

His appearance in SWTOR appears to be modeled off of the face Chuck chose. Here (spoilers for KOTOR).

Also, I wonder if Chuck realized that he got the Sequence Breaking "Galaxy Droid" glitch when the party all gathered in the Ebon Hawk's central chamber for no apparent reason.

Considering Revan's backstory, it kind of makes sense he'd look kinda douchey.

Also, are those screw imprints?! I wasn't aware his 'Dark Lord' helmet had been bolted directly to his skull.

I begin to suspect that Chuck will go with Dark Side ending. Considering all those Renegate actions, being more and more irritated only left big reveal to push him over edge.

BTW Did he get Darth Baton ambush on Wookie world after he discovered third map? Or he just caused that for sake of narrative? I know you can trigger that ambush if visit previous Star Map.
