Hello, new to the forums. Truth be told, I only made an account so I could view the trope pages with spoilers off. Then I started browsing/lurking through the forums and the interesting discussions and topics made me want to join in on the conversations. Hello, there! Long-time lurker here. I'd been thinking of making an account for a while, but the thing that made me decide to make one now is the ARG going on. I've wanted to participate in an ARG for a while, so I figured, "what the heck?" I'm also hoping to get over my awkwardness of talking to people online, so a forum works well for that. And I've considered myself a troper for a while now, anyway. (Been lurking quite a while, as I said.)
So...yeah. How 'bout dem tropes? 
Welcome! As far as forums go, I say we're pretty good. Most other forums I know lack a lot of the features we have, or just have much worse groups of people on them. So yeah, good choice on your part!
