A proper Crash and Spyro crossover. One that's not just a collection of terrible minigames with an Excuse Plot.
FC: SW-1445-0294-1719/PSN: TekkenGirl4Lyfe/Currently playing: Fire Emblem: The Blazing BladeBlack Cat Detective investigates the antics of Bendy from Bendy and the Ink Machine
something like The Avengers and Justice League that includes: Dragon Ball, Fist of the North Star, YuYu Hakusho, Sailor Moon, Detective Conan, One Piece, [[Franchise/Naruto Naruto]], [[Franchise/Bleach Bleach]], Fullmetal Alchemist and maybe even Death Note

This might be a bit tame, but... Ghostbusters (1984) crossover with The Evil Dead. The 'busters go on one of their out-of-town trips and wind up in Elk Grove. Gozer's name pops up in the Necronomicon, maybe. Venkman and Ash get into a clash of egos. Ray and Egon use good old metallurgical analysis on the Kandarian dagger to find a recipe for more demon-slaying weapons.

Dark Souls and Berserk. guts slaying the lords of cinder is actually pretty metal and i would be interested in seeing that.
Freedom Wars, God Eater, Monster Hunter, and Dragon Project. I would love to see these hunter games in one setting, especially where the monsters from those games take on each other.
Google Snake Game.Scott Pilgrim and OK K.O.. Those series are almost perfect for each other.

Dreamwork's Over the Hedge and Disney's Zootopia.
Nick (a fox) in the latter is practically just a Disney version of RJ (a racoon). Both are trickster conmen whose Character Development involves growing a heart and learning how to stop thinking beyond their own needs.
A massive crossover movie between the Ultra Series, Kamen Rider, Metal Heroes and Super Sentai would be neat to see. You could even throw in Kikaider while you're at it.
That, or a Kamen Rider/Super Sentai and Pretty Cure crossover, because why not?
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."Kung Fu Panda and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
The best Asian-themed works that the world of Western Animation has to offer.
I know this is a terrible crossover but Gradius meets Invader Zim would be pretty fun to see. Imagine the Vic-Viper taking on The Massive and its fleet in a Space Battle. Cue Aircraft Carrier as the Vic-Viper tackles the individual Irken ships like a Boss Rush.
Google Snake Game.
Batman & 101 Dalmatians, specifically Cruella De Vil. Anyone that crazy must have some network.
