Tortoises live a really long time?
Splinter. He's a rat, that lived a long time(for a rat)...
I dunno, I just think it's obvious. Crime-fighting series, with an "extra lifespan" ninja master played by a min-maxer. It must be TMNT...

There's one problem with that. The GM called them "my team", which would make him Splinter if it were TMNT.
Leonardo tends to be considered the "leader" when Splinter isn't in the picture... And Splinter is out of the picture for 2/3 of the movie.
Hell, this is Darths & Droids. The GM could be April O'Neil, and the "my team" statement would still work.
That said, the theory of Pete being Splinter(and thus, the game being TMNT) falls apart with last Sunday's comic though... Because Splinter never freed anyone. No one that I can recall, anyway.
I'm still going for Watchmen although I don't recall a scene where escaping prisoners were used as cannon fodder. Or was there in the movie? I'm only familiar with the comic.
Trump delenda estThe only "prisoners are freed but wind up dying anyway" plot point I can think of is The Great Escape, but it's too much of a stretch to call anyone in that movie "crime-fighters".
What about the League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie? I think something like that happens with the prisoners in the last act of the movie (it's been a while) - and you could arguably spin Dorian as a ninja. Arguably. This is Darths and Droids, after all.
Or did they do that movie already..?
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. He said martial artist, not ninja. Dorian punched things. Sounds plausible to me.
The Dark night the inmates get out. There's martial arts and an old artist.
DoodlesNo bread or eggs, just a lot of squick.
Deep into that darkness, peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before. So, Obi-Wan's cooking is why Anakin turned to the Dark side?

"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984I once had a character whose cooking was so bad, it became a major plot point. How, you ask? Because my character ate it, and IMMEDIATELY fell unconscious, and he took on an astral form. Which lead to communicating with some guy who was SUPPOSED to be dead, but who had actually been reincarnated as the former BBEG's mother (which, BTW, is the reason he was so evil back then in the first place 'cause she was dead and he mellowed out once she was resurrected BUT SHE WASN'T RESURRECTED BECAUSE IT WAS A DIFFERENT BBEG!!!)
So anyway, bad cooking is an important plot point.
I think I'm getting a bit tired of role reversal.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenJim's upped his comedic timing between episodes. He's on his game today.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Wouldn't 3PO be the one more deserving of the title?
In the original movies, yes, without a doubt. Here, Han would be the best candidate.
Trump delenda estThe game they played between A New Hope and now was Equilibrium.
Anyway, new page. Two more things that don't go well together: fur and airtight seals.

Where do you fit in the Extra Lifespan into TMNT?
