Really, young!Doc? All piss and vinegar, the confidence of youth with none of the sense of experience.

I would also try to punch the ghost, because 90% of horror victims died because they didn't make even the slightest effort to fight the monster. Bothers me so much when you've got enough people to dogpile the killer fleeing and screaming instead. Amplify this issue when the killer is something mundane like a knife murderer.

Failing this, I would attempt to set the ghost on fire, because my philosophy with the supernatural is, "When in doubt, try fire. You'd be surprised how many things it will kill."

It would not work out any better for me than it is for Doc.

Young!Doc still has to learn how to focus his chi to attack ghosts. How contemporaneous is the Ghostbusters soundtrack to his putative age, anyway?

Funny. Presumably, if Doc had cooperated with this ghost wizard, then all the ghost wizards could have killed Dracula. Sparing adult Doc McNinja the frustration of that entire storyline leading up to "Punch Dracula".

But then the space-dinosaur-ruled future Earth would have been screwed, since it was Dracula who saved the day with his moon laser. This sure is a morally nuanced narrative!

And it would have robbed future-Doc the glory of surfing a robo-dracula.

And Gordito the glory of banishing a Ghost Wizard to Hell.
