Right, I'd better put these prognosticatin' powers of mine to to work. Um...
Dracula's about to explain that he deliberately planted bogus information on how to defeat ghost wizards, and Dan McNinja and co. are doomed because that stuff they spent so much time practicing is completely useless. We'll see them dying, and Dr McNinja's only way of saving them will be to go to the afterlife.
Why such a convoluted scheme? Because Dr McNinja is too badass for Dracula to kill unwillingly, that's why!
I'm expecting something similar.
And if we're right, then that will push Dracula Magnificent Bastard territory.
New page Man, we're good.
And so is McNinja.
Something that should have occurred to me earlier: Dracula's first plan involved killing Ben Franklin II, but Ben was killed by Frans Rayner's mooks. Ben was planning on meeting Dracula at the time (which is why he wanted McNinja to come) so maybe Drac's original plan was to kill Ben at the meeting, and to him, Ben's death at the hands of Frans was just a happy accident. Or maybe Dracula was observing and manipulating events that far back or even further.
Pretty smart, Gordito. Looks like Doc was right to trust his badassery.
Hmm, Dracula's plan isn't working on all fronts. I'm guessing this means that either
a) Doc's going to wind up in Purgatory in a "What? That was totally unfair!" way
or
b) Drac will get his ass handed to him and the story will end with the Mc N Inja's triumphant and a whole lot of loose ends unresolved just to be annoying.
This was, once again, Beyond the Impossible
This is now officially my favorite issue of Dr. McNinja. Thank you Chris Hastings and Kent Archer for teaching us to laugh at love. Again.
Mathematics Is A Language.Amazing. Just amazing.
I'd say Dracula qualifies as a Magnificent Bastard.
Will Dr. McNinja be able to pilot the robot clone of Dracula down to earth safely? Probably.
Mathematics Is A Language.I love the maniacally laughing laser-eye Dracula robot. Every time I think this comic has reached its max potential, it goes Beyond The Impossible again!

Productivity is for people without internet connections. -Count DorkuThe last pannel in that comic is now my wall paper.
As noted by today's Alt Text, the alt text on this old page is particularly funny in light of the latest chapter.
That's a relief.
He could mentioned that sooner...
Of course, this can only lead one day to a My Name Is Gordito Delgado moment.
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages? So, does Dracula have some sort of Xanatos Gambit involving "the list"? 'Cause he just helped complete #1, and confirmed #2...

Well, it is the list of things the Doc wants to do before he dies. So if they're all done, the Doctor might be less resistant when he tries the plan again. And, since one of them is true love, he'll have something to blackmail him with (except I'm pretty sure Doc refuses to associate with anyone who is not supremely badass, much less fall deeply in love...Dracula underestimating the Doctor's companions could turn into a running gag, possibly one that ends in him taking Leela hostage).

I am.
"I just thought he could be better," heh.

Ah. I thought the baby dracula was an erfworld reference, as it looked like Vinny with a baby's body.
Also, he blocked a sword with his stethescope. Wow.
