Chapter's out early.

So Kakashi got his MS before the series started. I'm guessing since he passed out after awakening it, he didn't know about it, and didn't learn how to use it until after Itachi showed up in Part 1.

Probably he thought he shouldn't use it and/or he didn't know how to. Makes some degree of sense, even if it does feel a bit cheap.

Unspoiling. I like the implication that Rin went rogue (it was the Mist ninjas that wanted to recover her body). Gives her some personality and maybe Kakashi might do something?!

i always imagine them just going like "WHOA MAN WHOA" or doing the "WHO Aaaaa" thingy some vocalists do in music

That, or they hid something in her body that they don't want Konoha to find out about; maybe a secret message, or something they stole from Konoha that they were trying to smuggle out?

To be fair, these flashbacks aren't the most riveting material.

I've no real opinion on the chapter, actually. All the screaming made me think of a song that is surprisingly new (Seriously? 1984?) but that's it.

I'm still not entirely sure as to why Obito freaked out like that over a Minor Injury Overreaction. I mean, Neji got stabbed through the chest and he was fine. And he hadn't even seen Rin in a year(?) but suddenly her death transports him to hell?

Now I'm not racist but all Uchiha are mentally deficiant.

Save for Christachi.

This tragic backstory is going to end with Kakashi: Yeeeah. Don't remember any of that.

I just caught up with the Rock Lee comics. In a word, amazing. I love that they gave Team Guy development.

The WHOA!'s remind me of some 90's kinda xtreme character. Or the ending of Moonwalker.

Man, Obito went all Ric Flair this chapter. And apparently Kakashi just plum forgot about everything, but somehow avoids every attack... despite the fact that he should've been right next to Rin...

Also, this whole Instant Expert at both the Uchiha and Senju sides of things is pretty BS.

He does have Obito's Sharigan. He could of slip through.

Now for my real reaction. Obito has felt the despair that fills the ninja world. It was a good slaughter.

I dont really see what's so horrible about this chapter......

Also, in regards to Kakashi's Mangekyou Sharingan, I'm assuming that its a similar situation to Al's Alchemy, in that he was so traumatized by the event he didn't realize he could activate that power till much later...

What's horrible is that cheery, only good Uchiha Obito became the mother of all drama queens.

"Whoa! Whoa! Leave Rin ALONE! Leave her alone! WHOA! This is hell! Can't you understand!?

I said more or less the same thing several pages ago.

... Uh, you do remember that she's his one and only Love Interest, right? And that he's already had a lot of stress due to both his hopeless competition for her attention against Child Prodigy Kakashi and trying to keep his hopes of meeting with Rin and Kakashi back up after Madara saved his life? And that from his POV, Kakashi just stomped on his promise to protect Rin in the worst way possible?
