• Broken Base: Opinion is split on if DuckTales WSA should have remained Agent P or not, due to Phineas and Ferb having a revival announced merely a month after DuckTales opened, as well as due to reignited interest in Phineas and Ferb in general. Some people also think it was funnier and more unique when it was Perry and Doofensmmirtz appearing, as opposed to the already fairly common Disney Ducks characters. Particularly Donald, who already has his own ride in the Mexico pavilion, yet appears in the attraction's Signature Scene. However, the attraction is still as well liked as ever, and many people are happy to see the reboot versions of the DuckTales characters represented after Disney's previous treatment of the show.
• Growing the Beard: While the Kim Possible iteration of the attraction was impressive in its own right, the attraction really started to gain legs when it was rethemed to Phineas and Ferb. Combining more widely popular characters with tons of new added effects that bring those characters into the real world as well as more branching mission paths made for a much more popular attraction. Agent P's WSA ended up lasting four years longer than Kim Possible's WSA and is still considered the most popular iteration to this day.
• Memetic Mutation: "Is DuckTales World Showcase Adventure open yet?"
• Signature Scene: The clock tower effect in the Germany pavilion is the most well-known, and is always front and center during marketing for the attraction. It's also one of the only real-world character appearance effects that have been in all three iterations. Dr. Dementor in Kim Possible, Dr. Doofenshmirtz in Agent P, and... Donald Duck in DuckTales.
• They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: Fans of the attractions previous themes generally don't respond positively when the attraction gets a new theme. Sentiments for Kim Possible lasted well into Agent P's WSA's life, and currently, DuckTales WSA is facing some similar thoughts from fans of Phineas and Ferb, as well as confusion at the overlay's poor timing.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: There was some disappointment that Agent P's WSA kept the Baby Bebe animatronic from Kim Possible's WSA, rather than bringing in a more specific character from Phineas and Ferb such as Norm or the Phinedroids and Ferbots. DuckTales WSA would finally rectify this by replacing Baby Bebe with a robotic Webby.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: During the height of Gravity Falls' popularity, there were some calls by fans to retheme World Showcase Adventure to Gravity Falls. However, since Phineas and Ferb was still airing new episodes by that point and its run ended up outlasting that of Gravity Falls, it didn't happen.
• Unexpected Character: As one of Kim Possible's WSA's only two real world character effects, Dr. Dementor of all people makes a physical appearance in Germany's clock tower, rather than Arch-Enemy Dr. Drakken.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: Many of the real world effects in the attraction are genuinely impressive, featuring many moving parts and even full animatronics. Admit it, having the ability to summon Perry the Platypus/Webby Vanderquack out of a vase as many times as you want is awesome.
