  • Adorkable: Andy. He's generally a kind person, and looks cute with his Christmas hat and his paws.
  • Alas, Poor Scrappy: William can be sympathetic at times, due to him being abused by his dad, his nephew, and his sister and fans sometimes feel sorry for him.
  • Designated Hero:
    • Violette is usually shown in the right because she's always the kind "voice of reason", but she usually films William raging and never takes action, constantly spoils William and denies ever doing it, and spies on him raging on his Xbox One to get views.
      • In "KID RUNS OVER DAD'S FOOT IN TRUCK!!! (RAGE)", she's shown in the right for trying to buy William the GTA V game replacement for the one Bill shredded, but she doesn't realize the fact the she's only spoiling her son and never openly disciplined him, Bill calls her out on this but she doesn't listen.
    • In "WILLIAM GETS HIS GTA5 DISK BURNED BY LUCY", Lucy is shown in the right for bothering William and burning his GTA V disk (after what he did to his dad as he threw his dad's clothes out of the roof and kicked him out of the house), but she doesn't take into account that she's destructive, rude, and selfish like William and continues to pester him immaturely. She even flat out says "I don't care!".
  • Designated Villain: While Bill is extremely abusive towards William, there are videos where he is often shown to be right. In "KID RUNS OVER DAD'S FOOT IN TRUCK!!! (RAGE)", where William starts throwing a fit over not having his GTA V disk (which Bill shredded), Bill makes valid points about him being spoiled by his mother and him not spending time with his family and is always on his Xbox, and later, Violette lies and says that she and William need to get milk, (when they're actually going to buy a replacement for the GTA V game) and Bill doesn't believe her and takes the keys away from her and tells her that she’s spoiling her son, but she tries to tell Bill that he's drinking, but she won't even admit to her own spoiling.
  • He Really Can Act: Many people praise the family for their convincing acting skills and it makes many people believe the videos are real.
  • Jerkass Woobie: William is a unlikable brat who is hateful and rude, but he gets abused by his father and his sister and even has breakdowns.
  • Moral Event Horizon: William crosses it when he burns his father's car just over him turning off the internet when he was raging on his Xbox.
    • Bill and Andy cross in "GREATEST XBOX ONE S DESTRUCTION EVER!!!", where they duct-tape William to a chair outside and destroy his Xbox One S in front of him by burning it and smashing it with an axe and Bill goes as far as to squirt William with the hose. Fans consider them to be at their absolute worse in this video.
  • Nightmare Fuel: There's the video "GREATEST XBOX ONE S DESTRUCTION EVER!!!" where Bill and Andy sadistically tie William to a chair and smash and burn his Xbox One S right in front of him where he's literally screaming and crying.
  • Take That, Scrappy!:
    • Any time William gets his comeuppance for his jerkish behavior.
    • Bill gets retribution for his selfishness actions as much as William.
    • Lucy is not immune either, whenever she kicks the bucket for her immaturity and lack of regard for others.
  • The Scrappy: Pretty much, the whole family (excluding Andy) receive a lot of hatedom.
    • William is unlikable due to his immature, rude, and selfish personality.
    • Many fans find Violette annoying due to her screaming and fast-talking and how she's a terrible parent to William.
    • Bill, due to his abusive nature towards William and how he doesn't take his feelings in account and is very hypocritical.
    • Lucy is constantly being an Attention Whore and is usually rude to her brother by annoying him on purpose and never says anything positive about him.
  • Unintentionally Sympathetic: William could be seen as this as he has a medical condition and it could be the main cause of his sociopathic behavior and how his father, nephew, and sister treat him can make him sympathetic.
  • Unintentionally Unsympathetic: We're meant to sympathize with Violette because her son is a sadistic sociopath, but she doesn't bother to do anything to stop the issue and just films it for views and just allows her family to be dysfunctional.
